Zilch. Rude after I pointed out that the room I chose with a balcony doesn't actually have one!!

That they say that the room I booked has a balcony and actually doesn't. Go check it..... Ocean view suite. True story!!!!

Great location, easy to get to and all instructions to get in and out were very easy to follow. Room comfortable and simple - just as we wanted.

Didn’t actually see any staff behind the desk almost the entire stay, not that it was an issue, but did want to ask something but no one was there when we went to ask (c.9am)

Just want to let you know how bad your hotel really is. The web site makes the rooms look worth the money that we paid. Lovely views, which we got but nothing else was as the pictures showed. An example of what you would expect to have in you suite, plates, glasses, cutlery, remote for the TV, lounge and chairs, suitable bed, bedside lights, even a toilet brush would have been good. $340 per night was the worst stay we have ever had anywhere in our 35 years of traveling Australia. We were so looking forward to this time away for our birthdays and anniversary, but all we got was tears and disappointment. I don't like bagging companies but I do feel that is is warranted as all I see is a miss leading web site that I will do my upmost to have taken down, for the sake of others. I have always tried to recommend the places we have stayed, but can only do the opposite.

Very disappointed by our stay at Acacia Court.

The rooms were not clean and the place smelt bad. There was a mould smell in our air conditioning and we had to leave doors open to try to have some air. Rooms were very dated and not clean at all.

This place was so bad, it was dirty, the linen was not white but very dark grey the air con didn't work it, the smell was terrible I would not recommend at all!

A hotel that needs to have a makeover very out of date rough around the edges not well looked after

I had booked for 3 people but it only catered for 2 people.

My room door was left open by the cleaners all day. Lots of dirt in the room the floors were filthy and lots of noise late night and early morning

Breakfast each morning was excellent and excellent value for the price!! Staff in the restaurant were more than helpful!!!

Too busy to dislike anything!!

everything, property was run down, smelt, loud noises through out the night, felt unsafe with people using property as thorough fare. no water supplied in room and had to purchase water. room not attended to daily and only given 2 towels for 3 people. fridge was rusty.

That we didn't have to pay for WiFi or parking

The instructions for how sensitive the fire alarm system was (apparently) to the point that if you used perfumes or deodorant you had to go into the smallest bathroom and shut the door so as not to set alarm off.. Was stressfull. Also booked a corner room and didn't get that.

Suana and tennis court are out of action, and it looks like they won't be repaired or operating anytime soon

I didn't it was horrible.

To start with they got the dates incorrect. After booking with booking.com the correct dates 25th to the 30th and with email evidence the acacia hotel informed me on my arrival which was 25th of dec. For some reason they couldn't get the date correct the hotel had me checking in on the 24th to the 29th. After trying to reason with a certain staff member he was in no way helpful and very arrogantly didnt want to see what happend just said it wasnt there doing it was booking.com . So i had to look for a hotel for the 30th which was always the plan it certainly didn't start my holiday off very well at all.
