Location, size of apartments, facilities and lovely staff. Apartments very well equiped.

The mattress was so old you could hear the springs moving. It was hard and also the pillows where hard . This wasn’t the studio that I reserved. I reserved a one bedroom with a WALK in shower. My husband could hardly get over the edge of bath tub to have a shower. Then when he was getting out there was no rails to hold onto to get out ( he’s in his 70s ).It was even hard for me to get in and out and I am more mobile than my husband.
The lounge was so uncomfortable to sit in even .The air conditioning was so old it hardly heated . Also was hard to lock the front door.

Very nice location at walking distance from Port Stevens Town Center. Very spacey apartment and comfortable beds and sofas. Luminous place and overall clean.
The apartment was a bit cold and I could not manage to use the air conditioning as heating system. I also would have liked a proper coffee machine and more equipment for the kitchen, especially plates and cutleries. The gym is also quite small.

Great location, team went out of their way to organise a bottle of wine to be left for our belated anniversary, team were helpful, gracious and friendly. Great room at a great price.

strict house rules, unsecured parking garage (someone stole our assigned parking spot, however staff were nice enough to assign me another one)

The location is excellent , close to the Marina and the shops. The staffs are also very friendly. Price is also fair / not too expensive.
The apartment is a bit run down. There is no plug on the bathtub, it's a bit dusty on some surface of kitchen utensils and drawers.

This is a great location easy walk to marina and food places. Apartment was clean and plenty of room for our getaway.
The pool was very warm and very busy saying that it was January school holidays we over looked the pool which was lovely but the noise is a bit echoey with the design of the buildings. The noise wasn’t too bad.

Definitely will be coming back. The apparent on ground floor with garden access was very spacious with all amenities you need for the family. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with little one. Thank you Mantra.🙂
