Believe me, this is one of the most beautiful location and apartment in Dubrovnik! Cozy, clean, brilliant view and bed very comfortable! Recommend!

View, view, location with nears restorans (50 meters from apartment) , near sea - 50 meters also) where you can rent the boat, to eat, just walk. In the Dubrovnik heart!

Great for short stays. Location is perfect, just 2 mins walk from the city walls. Host is really nice, helpful and have lots of recommendations of what to see, where to eat, etc.

We were in the room on the ground floor which did not have much natural light. Bathroom and kitchen area is tiny. We only stayed for the weekend, so it was ok but wouldn’t choose this place for longer stay. Floor was very cold, bring slippers. Only cash payment.

Really lovely rooms in just the perfect location. Bed was super comfy, shower was great. Host Mihaela was a joy when she met us with the key, gave us a quick run down of Dubrovnik and how to get around. Good wifi

Excellent location: near Pilo gates and small beach. The room is very bright.

The apartment is very spacious and the location is excellent. Old town via Pile gate is 2 minutes away, access to the sea and beaches also 2 minutes away.

It is not sound proof, lots of noise at night which can be a problem specially at 4 am if people are yelling

We stayed on the 2nd floor of the apartment and the view was amazing. The location of the apartment was great and if i were to go to Dubrovnik, i would definitely stay there again. Diana and the leaning lady were very kind and helpful. We didn’t see Michaela however she was very helpful with our messages and replied back in a very short period of time. Thank you:)

The owner is very warm and the location is good.

The stone stairs, suggest make it skid proof, the bottom few steps have no handrail, midnight my family downstairs toilet, therefore fell down. Coz there is only one bathroom in the ground floor.

Absolutely everything is exceptional about this property. Mihaela is the best host ever👐 she was so attentive and accommodating to all of our needs including organizing our daily tours,dinner reservations giving us local insights to make our stay just fabulously unforgettable ❤ 💖. CASH ONLY payment - not acceptable in 2021 Check out time - I understand that it’s an apartment and all, but some flexibility would take it much further It was NOT CLEAN. I kept finding hair from the previous tenants and it was filthy The apartment is very tired - lamps broken and glued together, shower glass broken and glued together, mirror broken in the kitchen, furniture from the 1990s. It was a shabby and not a chic place. The shower is very uncomfortable and floods the bathroom. Overall, you are not made to feel welcome, but rather yet another 100 euro note. Disappointed

Mihaela is extremely attentive and helpful host. By any question even later during our stay she was always reachable a ready to help.

Everything was very good

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed with the beautiful sea view and a small beach outside of the house. Mihaela was very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely come back again in the future.

The manager was helpful. The room was very clean and sunny. The location was convenient and the view was absolutely great! For the view, just make sure you got the apartment at the second floor (blue curtains 💙 😉)

Location was perfect. Literally, the location for Blackwater Bay was just a couple of minutes outside our apartment, which meant that we could have it to ourselves even for a few minutes (as it would usually attract a lot of tourists throughout the day). There were a few steps to get to the apartment but compared to other apartments, we know we all ready had it good. We loved coming home to a comfortable, air-conditioned apartment after a hot day of sight-seeing.

Fantastic studio apartment in wonderful central location. Mihaela was great letting us check in early and giving the best advice for things to do and where to eat. Highly recommend this little palace to everyone.

The good advice of the owner who received us very well. The room was big enough, pretty and comfortable. There is a small kitchen for breakfast in the morning and tons of towels. The flat is just outside the old town which is perfect as you really don't want to stay inside (crowded with stairs), and near a small restaurant near the sea. I'd say it was quite expensive but it seemed in the range of Dubrovnik in August.

At night we could hear everything in the street (with windows and shutters closed) but hopefully it was a small and rather quiet street.

Location is excellent in the old town near the west gate. You are literally in a quite street but still in the main old town. The host Mihaela is an excellent host and very prompt in communication and she arranged for us a large van to and from the airport for very good price. The Appartment is fully equipped and near shops and restaurants and the main bus terminal.
