Everything. Sarah, my host was very hospitable with her friendly and happy demeanour. The ambience is fantastic and an oasis of serenity amidst the bustling nature of my visit.

Sara is so friendly from first seeing to saying goodbye. so attentive nothing is too much. Breakfast well cooked,well presented couldn’t ask for better. It was beautiful and plentiful. Parking was provided right at the door. Bed comfortable and bathroom excellent. If we come to Swindon again we would definitely stay here every time.
there is nothing we didn’t like. couldn’t complain about anything. We totally enjoyed our stay.

An exceptional stay, and a far cry from the usual chain hotels we’re used to. This was like being in a really nice home in fact, such was the ambiance of the sleeping quarters, and there was an extensive range of free satellite programming to watch within the room. The host here was accommodating, friendly, and incredibly nice overall, strongly recommended for anyone wanting a hotel stay with a personal touch.

Breakfast, bathroom, clean and well presented.
Bed has a foot board, and being over 6ft meant had to sleep in a position that was not 100% comfortable and I woke in the night.

Sarah was an amazing host. The facilities in the Bed and Breakfast were absolutely fantastic. My favourite part of my stay was the breakfast served. We had an amazing meal and a coffee. I will definitely stay there again. Sarah, thank you for being a wonderful host.

Sara was an amazing host, who made us feel welcome from the point of our arrival until our departure. Loved the homely feel, decor and of course the cleanliness. The bedrooms and overall decor was of a high standard. I particularly liked the added touch of toiletries and delicious cooked breakfast, coffee, fresh orange juice, toast etc….couldn’t ask for more!

If the room has come with en-suite, it would be a perfect 10/10. Otherwise, there's absolutely nothing to complain at all.

I lived for 11 nights.So my comments should be quite credible from every aspect.
Newly decorated,nicely chosen color and good texture of everything.
Room is quite clean,especially the linens,soft and high quality.
Breakfast is freshly cooked,warm and comforting to start an energetic day.
House owner Sara is very nice and helpful,she is like a friend and warm-hearted.She gives a lot of good suggestions about the scenery spot near Swindon and other topics as well.
I quite like to stay in such a nice house.

Sara had worked exceptionally hard to create a home away from home feel with all.the extra bells and whistles to go with! My fiancè and I were only there for a night to see family that way, but are already looking to book in again closer to Christmas for pur next get together.
Sara and SW B&B went above and beyond to meet our needs and struck a lovely balance of interaction v's letting us have our own space - plus it's true about the breakfast being excellent, bery top notch! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The place was really nice and definitely excellent value for money. The host was also really nice! She asked us what we'd like for breakfast and prepared it. It was outstanding, so I would totally recommend :)

Excellent Bed & Breakfast. Clean, comfortable and well equipped room. Fast internet. Great location. Sara is a wonderful and caring host and made one of the best full English breakfasts I ever had. Value is exceptional, particularly as you can get quickly to the cities around Swindon, but don't have to pay a ridiculous price...
