The AC was not working properly. The room felt muggy and by 9 in the morning it was already too hot

the location was the best part of staying in this hotel.
shower head was not working properly and was sealed with trash bag on the top to stop shooting water to the ceiling.
the furniture in the room was very old and somehow smelled unpleasant.

No glasses provided. Key cards did not remain valid during our stay. A/C system rather loud. Extended our stay by one day and room rate raised $500 pesos to $2,600!! No hot water!!! It was tepid, barely comfortable.
