Every thing was good, friendly staff, safe place. The distance to the beach was close, and the weather was great.

Perfect for a family stay. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and good braai/bbq facilities. Gorgeous walks on the beach to Buffels Bay. Good communal washing facilities. Super friendly team.

Wifi wasn’t stable/ reliable and no back up generator during load shedding. Other than that everything was great!

A little too close to other cottages …

Love this location. Our second time staying at Brenton On Sea Cabins. We love this place! Chris even brought a chocolate to guests on Christmas day such a nice gesture. Close to the beach and comfy cabins with everything you need.

Loved our stay

We had booked for breakfast as a group and they never honored time Very very disappointing. On the date they served we had to wait for more than an hour to get one order. Last ins were served 1st which made others to wait for about 2hrs

Did not like the above and the fact the institution lies and claim they have lost items to make sure they they rob clients for more money.

The Cottage was really spacious, well kitted out and comfortable. we were right next to the pool which was great for our son and it was walking distance to the beach (one of the best beaches I’ve ever been too). There is allocated parking right next to your cottage which again is great with a young family. The Brenton area is Beautiful and only a 15 minute drive into Knysna and all the activities that you can do there.

I liked everything, their neat and spacious chalets, the tranquility, the beautiful view and scenery.

The fact that I had to cut my stay short because of the misunderstanding between Booking. Com and Brenton cottages. I extended my stay to 3 days and I constantly phoned Brenton cottages to confirm my stay, payment and extension which they confirmed. I was only informed on Saturday night that I'm booked until Sunday and not Monday or else I needed to pay extra R5200 for both chalets. This has embarrassed me as I had told my guests that our stay was until Monday, and some have booked their flights for Monday. This then Spoiled my well planned party for my husband as it caused anxiety amongst us. I think this should have been discovered quite early when I was bombering them with phone calls 😭😭😭😭

All round support from from staff members, clean, neat, excellent view and perfect location. Everything is well serviced and maintained. The cottages is perfect for a much need holiday for us and we will recommend Brenton On Sea to any of our friends. Thank you.
