Beautiful view from our private room with swimming pool. Also the general pool is beautiful and the whole resort looks very authentic. They decorated our room and bathtub for our honeymoon, they even left a little treat in the fridge. Such nice gestures! The staff helped with the suitcases and were very friendly!

The staff could be a little bit more hands on. The swim up bar doesn’t seem to be in use and isn’t the cleanest. Also unfortunately I got a bali belly from the bbq :(

Wij hadden villa met zwembad geboekt en dat was met een woord top ! Geweldige privacy. Dicht bij een winkelstraat met vele goede restaurants.

Very friendly staff! The view is amazing and much better than on the pictures.

It would be so much nicer at the breakfast if the music was turned off so you could hear the river. Whenever I went to the pool I was instantly attacked by mosquitos.

Poor breakfast,to add meal you have to pay.. Old hotel,i have many years traveling and didnt know that exist anymore a rom key like we have in the houses,not a card! Massage was not good at all etc etc

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of the city centre, but also in the middle of the jungle. The garden of the hotel and the pool is amazing, the view from the backyard is breathtaking. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind.

We booked a room on floor level, but we got our room on the ground level, due to high humidity the walls and the air in the room was a bit moldy.

We loved this hotel - it is very modern, the view from your room is amazing and the infinity pool is something. Great selection of food for the breakfast and you can rent a scooter from the hotel. Stuff is very friendly.

Beautiful surroundings, pool.

Be carefull because your personal information might get phished. Few days before ariving somoene(I guess one of the staff) tried to ransom credit card information via watsapp with personal data and well prepared, threatening to cancel the reservation! Also this hotel inconvenient for those who want to travel, because breakfast only starts at 8.00a.m . And you have to wait your breakfast for 30 - 40min. As well sometimes they take your towell from ground and put it like new.. !! it seems that you always have to leave money for cleaning.

We booked the villa with the river pool and it was amazing. The view from the resort is stunning. The staff is very kind and ready to help with whatever you want! Definitely we would like to stay there again!

The breakfast is not that really good with not many choices.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff located in central Ubud. Nice and quiet resort with excellent facilities. Great breakfast served daily.
