Çalışanlar ilgili, oda rahat, teras güzel fakat yağmur yağdığında üstü açık olduğu için ıslanıyor, bunun dışında konforlu ve sessiz, otopark sorunu yok. Evcil dostunuzla konaklayabiliyorsunuz.
Tüm oteldeki Halılar temizlenmeli ya da kaldırılmalı.
Benim gibi alerji sorunu olanlar için, her yerin halıyla kaplı olması solunum yolu sorunlarına yol açabiliyor.

This was my second stay in this hotel. No one would stay a second in a hotel if they had a bad experience. This hotel is very good for the price, they have a very good restaurant. The rooms are well equipped and well maintained. In the lobby theres a small 3rd party shop, they have good stuff with reasonable prices as well. The Uludag Teleferik is just 15 mins drive from the hotel.

الغرفة نظيفه واسعة بلكونه لها اطلاله جميله على مدينه بورصة ، الفطور بوفيه ، الموظفون متعاونين بشوشين ومرحبين ، نظافة الغرفه يوميا ، بجانبه حديقة الذهاب اليه مشيا ، يبعد عن وسط بورصه والاماكن السياحيه بين 10 الى 15 دقيقه بالسيارة ،
لاتتوفر مطاعم قريبه من الفندق او اسواق ، في الليل يوجد ازعاج صوت موسيقى نحن في اخر طابق الاصوات تصلنا

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable. The bell boys were friendly and helpful and efficient. 10/10 for them.
Booked as a garden view but all view we had was a concrete wall. First 4 star hotel that I stayed at where there was no complementary water , tea or coffee sachets on subsequent days. The reception staff were very unfriendly and cold and made us feel unwanted. If I had a choice I would have looked for another hotel. There was no hotel phone directory in the room. Had to go down to reception for any query. No room service menu either in the room.

Location is good. We stayed at the hotel and took a rent a car to visit the Telefrik and reach uludag. The hotel has a 24 hour restaurant which is great if you reach really late.
The breakfast food choices are very limited and not upto the mark.

In general the holel is good, interesting design, good restaurant
the spa zone was below expectations, sauna wasn't working, hammams were cold, thermal swimming pool was at least working, but it also needs renovation

hotel change my reservation , without telling me , when i checked in , and when i check my room , i went down to the reception , they say that , my reserve room is not available and they upgrade me to a bigger room , which is not right , different room on the last corridor .
they told me after 2 or 3 days they will transfer me to the original room , but they ignore , and i complete with this room , because i don't want to cancel and move to other hotel.
also for the amenities in the room , they put ( 1 bag tea, 1 bag coffee,1 water) for each person , when i ask for more coffee from the room service , they say this is extra , and you have to pay for it.

i had booked a city view room with balcony, the hotel changed my room without consent and i was informed on arrival of the change. the new room only had a dark hotel view
