The location was very nice its right on the patong beach...when u open the balcony the beach is right infront of you so its very refreshing...
The hotel has no lift no bell boy the staff was least bothered that how will i take my heavy luggage to 4th floor...

The Front Hotel is directly on the beach, perfectly close to the 24/7 supermarket and close to Bangla Road, yet far enough to be not as noisy. It was very clean as well. We would book again! We had the seaview room in the fifth floor, it is a walk without the elevator but we knew before. Great stay, great Hotel, great view! Bonus Points for the staff: We arrived later than expected and they allowed us the check in after 11 pm. Thanks!

Friendly staff and ladies at the reception, very clean rooms, great location in front of the beach. Rooms are cleaned every day. Quiet area but still 5 to 10 mins walk from very busy center and bangla road. Btw It's not an isolated area as it's surrounded by bars and shops. You can relax and sleep good without the mess from bangla & co...
Nothing except the fact that you need a little walk to the center.

Very basic room but really nice view. Two different buildings, the hotel doesn't have elevator, the apartments place have.
Swimming is not really good, you are almost directly on the road

Location great room very noisy all night you would think for nearly £100 a night it would have double glazing plus they charged me £150 more for the room I booked a suite which booking.com wanted 6,500 baht but they tried to give me 2 separate rooms with no view I wasn’t very happy having to pay more
Double glazing as I hardly slept with all the beach road traffic and booking.com falsely advertising a suite with balcony and sea view for 6,500 baht when I had to pay 6,000 baht more I wish I took a screenshot when I booked and it’s also funny you never sent me a booking confirmation email saying what I had booked but told the hotel I booked 2 single rooms I was with my wife so why would I book a separate room for her ? I want to make an official complaint

Directly at the beach. Top location. We had a pool but didn't use it because of the beach. The room was very clean and cosy. In the direct area are a lot of restaurants, also for breakfast.
The hotel offered a pickup from the airport.
The rooms are badly soundproofed. In both nights guest arrived at night which was very noisy and woke us up.

Great location in a more relaxed part of Patong over the road from the beach. 7-11 and few restaurants close by, otherwise short walk along the beach to Bangla Rd with many food, drink and entertainment options.
No elevator so you need to climb stairs if you stay on higher levels.

My flight was delayed for 1 hour and the hotel changed me 500 bath . customer service was very bad . if you are coming from other country please don’t choose
