Large cozy villa

When we stopped by, everything was fine. Then the difficulties began. For such a huge amount of money, the service is completely absent. Filtration of water in the pool did not work, the water in the pool was muddy, after which 2 people received skin irritation from this water. When we asked to clean the pool, we were told that it was clean, in the end they agreed with us. On the first day after our request, they just came to look and disappeared, the next day we had to persuade the staff to clean it after all, but they told us that the person who was doing this was missing, on the third day they came and removed the pump and disappeared again, we had to write to them again, as a result, in the evening on the 3rd day they we made a pool, on the 4th day the water in the pool became cleaner. In short, we lived in the villa for 5 days, they repaired the pool for 4 days. This is the end of the story with the pool. The floors in the rooms were dirty, it was impossible to walk without slippers, the feet were dirty. The air conditioning in 3 rooms practically did not work. In the bathroom, instead of soap, soapy water was poured instead. At a cost of $ 2,300 for 5 days, they put only 2 towels in the room. The Internet didn't work at all for 3 days, then they fixed something. As a result, when they left, they cheated us out of money, writing down a minibar for us in such quantity, as if we had lived there for a month. When they asked us to give us a layout for the minibar so that we could check how much we drank from there, they simply stopped responding to messages and disappeared. The minibar for 5 days of stay they updated us 1 time, the maximum amount in the minibar is about 200 thousand rupees. The beds in some rooms are old and creak very much. The villa is quite old and tired. If they were watching her, she wouldn't be in such a state. You can write a lot more, but it turned out to be a great review.

We loved our private pool! Being able to swim in it at any time was amazing. The room was spacious enough for two people.

It takes a while to get to the city centre from the villa. It’s a dirt track so you’re bound to get a sore bum from riding your bike. The road back to the villa isn’t well lit at night so it’s hard to see the road. It takes some getting used to.

Excellent service. Our hosts were so accommodating. We just relaxed and they did the rest!

It’s a private villa far away from the busy mainstreet. Breakfast was nice.

The villa didn’t meet our expectations. It needs a lot of maintenance/renovations. The rooms where run down, paint that flakes, dirty curtains, leaking air con, outdoor shower but not clean. In the description they said there was a kitchenette, but it was just a kettle and a refrigerator. The water from the tank tasted a little weird, so we end up buying our own water. Also the pool wasn’t as clean as we would like and it looked like the water wasn’t running (the waterlevel was to low). Wifi was terrible.

Wi-Fi malfunction

Easy access to both sides of the island these are great quiet villas and the staff were exceptional .

Amazing villa! 5min bike ride to the center, shops and bar. Everyone was very kind and we had good communication via WhatsApp. Breakfast was brought to our villa. Quiet area but close to everything by bike.

The location is nice but keep in mind that you need to get a bike (We really enjoy our rides so it was not a problem at all)

The external company they use to rent bikes tried to charge us when our bike was stolen.

The only "negative" point ist that the villas are in the middle of the island. So you definitiv need a bike to get around

Loved the private pool and facilities! We had a load of fun playing tennis and the beach was a quick bike ride down to watch sunset. We only wished that we could have stayed longer but they were fully booked. See you guys next time!

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast in your villa is lovely. Our villa was beautiful and quiet (except for the 5am wake-up call from the mosque). Everything in the villa is very clean, the outdoor bathroom could be improved (the tiles are not suited for a bath in my view). At any time you can order food/drinks to the room at reasonable prices. The location is not ideal - in the middle of the island. It takes about 10min to walk to the beach - and the area is not why people come to Gili. All in all, a good choice!

I really loved our villa! It was so beautiful and I loved having our own pool. The staff were great and the free breakfasts were really good. Overall we really loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

The TV didn’t work and there was construction happening in the villa next to us.
