The staff were polite and the beds were very comfortable. The location is good if you have just arrived in Bali, which I had. Or you want to be close to kuta beach.

Unfortunately the rooms in reality are not like the photos. They are very tired and worn out. My room had an air of damp and there was off putting cigarette burns on the units. The toilet didn't flush properly and the window was silicone shut and couldn't be opened. The cleaners are up early so don't expect to sleep past 7am. It didn't help that I was put right next to the cleaning room and utility lift. That said they do clean the rooms very well.

first room we had every morning we were getting woken up with kids running down the hallways at 6:30 in the morning, told staff and nothing was done. we then moved to another room on the ground floor where there was a constant generator sound all day and most of the night it was horrible we then got moved to our last room ( this was ok ) this was after we requested a refund but they couldn’t do that because it had already been put into the system they also wouldn’t give us a refund for a undercooked pizza that we payed for in cash. we also had 2 power cuts when the second one hit we had no power for 3-4 hours and also no water for a day and a half to have showers.

Walking distance to various point of interest, like Kuta Beach, Beachwalk Mall, Legian and Seminyak Beach too if you don't mind to walk a little further.

Room clean and compact. You got all the things you need to make your stay in Bali comfortable in this hotel. Walking distance to famous Kuta Beach & Kuta Beachwalk Mall. Surrounded by local minimart, food, and laundry vendor.

The hotel is located in an alley, which only can contain 1 car at a time. And the hotel parking space is also limited. So, it's challenging if you bring your own car here.

The location was close to everything including beach

the smell in the room was terrible . pictures of the room on the internet looked nothing like the actual room. room needed a good paint . The pool was closed when it rained . no one was doing Maintence on the pool yet it said under Maintence . requested some compensation from staff however didn’t really either understand or just ignored me . very very disappointing . i explained the reason I choose to stay was the quality of the room and the pool . There are much better quality hotels around bali for less money . stay there at your own risk
