The hotel forgot the meaning of maintaining hygiene or cleanliness. There was garbage below the bed which did not seem to get cleaned for years. Chip packets, cigarettes, dirt, food packages and god knows what. The staff was rude when i made the payment online instead of paying in cash. There was construction going on which created unnecessary noise. There was foul cigarette smell in rooms. No room freshener being used by hotel team. Towel and Bedsheet were torn. Bed was not at all comfy.

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.

Excellent attention. Friendly staff. Very good services in general. Excellent wi fi and great breakfast.

Please don't use the photos of hotels which is taken the inauguration day. I never seen a hotel like this. This hotel is a hell. No cleaning, dirty and broken furniture and beds, dirty bedsheets dirty towel, no soap no shampoo. It was a nightmare for me. Horrible. It's happened because of publicity trap. How did they got 6.1 star.

fabulous hotel, excellent service, luxurious, everything a discerning traveler can as for. I would always suggest you to book this property, because its really worth to stay here , everything was unto mark

I really liked the professional attitude and the personal touch of the staff to make my stay much more comfortablr that id expected.
