Staff were excellent. Top notch.
Room had ants. Bed wasn't made with pillows. Wifi didn't work (by staff admission).
Also, considering the price and alleged star rating - this hotel frankly doesn't deliver value.

The intern from the US, the porter, the room service staff, some of the food at the restaurant, the deluxe room (vs the suite)
Location is fine. One staff who is an intern was fantastic! Very professional and helpful! One staff was extremely rude! She should not be put at the reception as she was very bad, no communication skills, no smile, no effort to help whatsoever until I asked to speak to the manager! The magazines in the rooms (I stayed two nights at a suite room and two nights at a deluxe room) were as old as 10 years! And in my deluxe room, there was a spider web at the ceiling! To top it off, when I checked out, they charged me with two items from their shop which I never purchased!!! The beds are ok but when I stayed at the suite, the pillows were terrible. I paid a lot for a suite room with a terrace with nothing but rooftops as the view. Seriously, it’s a Relais & Chateaux hotel…does the owner know about this? I have other significant feedback but too tired to type.

A stunning hotel in a peaceful location close to Grasse. Highlights were the beautiful pool and the restaurant, which was fabulous. We dined there on one of the three nights we stayed. The service was impeccable and the team were very accomodating of the food allergies of one of our group.
Nothing really, though it was oddly a little tricky to get an aperitif at around 6pm, before the dinner service started at 8pm. This was quickly sorted by asking the reception staff who were happy to help out.

More Vegetarian Options are needed on the menu. We had to order in food from local restaurants. Sincere request to please add a few vegetarian options to the menu

Breakfast outside has a lovely scenery. Rooms are very comfortable and charming.

Lovely old Bastide in beautiful gardens with pool.
Friendly staff and excellent food. The dinner was exceptional thank you to the chef and his team.
A suggestion - the staff should check that the equipment works in the bedroom before the clients arrive ...

The hotel has a huge garden full of big olive trees with different beautiful flowers all around. It has a Michelin star restaurant as well. Had a memorable stay!
