Очень чисто, кровать супер удобная. Номер красивый. Есть минибар
В здании был ремонт, видимо из за этого пахло краской в коридоре, но в номере не пахло ничем. Сам номер хоть и хороший, видно, что уставший. Где-то отслаиваются обои, сантехника пошатывается, плитка у джакузи ходит. Наверное после ремонта исправят

Central location in Batumi, great view from the room, as well as from the restaurant
Generally, you can see leftovers of the past glory, however, currently, the hotel is quite 'run down'. If not all, most of the facilities need renovation. Service is chaotic and poor (delay in check-in as the room was not ready, although we arrived already later than the check-in started), the room is spacey but old-school, carpet with spots, the bathroom old and some parts of wall paint were coming off. Breakfast was below average with food selection, very crowded and loud. For the price paid (around 280 USD for one night), you get a very disappointing experience. definitelöy not a 5-star place.

The hotel has a very good pool and garden
There are quite inattentive staff, only the housekeeper showed attention. The reception staff did not answer normally.

Night club, pictures in the hotel. Dark colors in the hotel.Very noisy during the night , you can’t sleep well from the night club sound.air fresheners are very very strong , which consider bad for health.

Its a good location and we had a lot of space in the room. The room service was excellent, and you have the full set of facilities - also it is close to pretty much anything in Batumi.
Somewhat noisy, from outside and from other rooms.
Definitely an aging hotel, they really need to renovate a lot.
