Maison très confortable , spacieuse dans un quartier résidentiel .à 20 mn de Londres en transport de Grove Park à London Bridge . Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement .on s’est senti bien dans la maison pour 2 adultes et trois enfants .tres bon rapport qualité prix .Nous n’avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais il était en contact avec nous pour savoir si tout se passait bien

Le bruit du train qui passe mais on s’y fait ,on est de passage .pas de double rideaux dans les chambres . Top de taches sur les murs de l’escalier et la petite chambre . Un rafraîchissement des murs s’impose

A moradia oferece boas condições, dispõe de 3 quartos e de uma sala espaçosa. Ideal até 5 pessoas. Fica a 5 minutos do LIDL e da paragem de autocarros e a 15 minutos da estação dos comboios.

O alojamento não foi preparado para 5 pessoas, a mesa de refeição tinha quatro cadeiras e também só disponibilizaram 4 toalhas de banho. O aquecimento era inexistente, à exceção do wc do 1º andar, por isso consideramos que a roupa da cama não era suficiente porque alguns de nós tivemos frio durante a noite.

Quiet neighborhood and nice backyard. The kitchen was great and had all the items we needed to make breakfast and dinner. Our family of 5 was able to spread out. Great 5 minute walking distance to Lidl and bus stop.

It had everything we needed to be comfortable while away from home. It was very spacious for 5. The owners responded very quickly when I messaged them about any questions or requests. Great stay in a lovely area!

It would be nice if the second shower was working but it was not offered as part of the rental. Also better pillows are needed. The back yard needs some redoing.

I absolutely enjoyed this property with my kids - we went for a two week vacation and loved everything about it. The area was great, it had a grocery store about a 5 minute walk, the train station was an easy access. (about a 10-15 minute walk, both Sunbridge or Grove Park train station) Although I didn’t get to enjoy the backyard as much as I would have due to being out and about, it was large and beautiful. The area is very quiet and I did not hear the neighbours at all. I loved the local workers in the area both at the convince stores and a few great little restaurants all within walking distance, if needed. Olu was a great host, I was given all the information before arriving (I was nervous as it was my first big trip with my kids) and he checked in when necessary when needed. His cleaning lady arrived an hour before we left thinking we may have already left, she offered to come back but of course since we were done, I insisted she come stay! Seeing how sweet, how hard she worked to clean (even after we did a good job, that she pointed out) made me more confident the place is well taken care of and cleaned very properly before the our stay! we also had an issue with the washer that other reviews have pointed out, Olu relaxed the washer during our visit and that is no longer an issue. If this helps, we did the rapid wash and if needed put it on spin if needed, the other wash takes almost 4 hours lol! It was my first big trip with my kids and our stay made it great!
