Easy walk to town, main park, walking trails etc. Very clean and comfortable.

The owner/receptionist was very kind, she allowed us slightly earlier checkin and after a 10 hr drive, that was very appreciated and also helpful for our lost pillows. Here’s a tip I wish I had known, put your own pillows in bright or patterned pillowcases so they don’t get missed.

They were big rooms, had a good size table and chairs, were very clean and we felt at home as soon as we got there. The manager was so friendly and helpful. It is located within walking distance to everything....supermarkets, hotels, cafes and beautiful parks.

We have stayed at this motel on many occasions. The staff are always friendly, helpful and willing to meet any requests. The bedding is comfortable and the little kitchenette is good for travellers. Centrally located. We will stay there again as our preferred accommodation in Armidale.
