The food was very varied and delicious. The rooms are big and comfortable. We liked very much the Kids club, big, so many activities and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

the first experience was terrible. they didn’t introduce hotel to our family. we found the pools and restaurants by ourselves. I also complaint to reception manager. we also don’t like their restaurants. their waiters are so slow and they are glum also in the launch restaurant in savana the fat one. we changed hotel and we are in a 3 star hotel in Mauritius now and we are more comfortable than awali. we havle all inclusive package in awali and we drunk 15 different cocktails in a day and we couldn’t get drunk. their barmen was magician. they didn’t put alcohol in alcoloholic cocktails. I think they think they are clever. The food was also same in breakfast, lunch and dinner. So we got bored after 2 days. there is no seafood in their menu, only pizza, pasta, egg, etc… we stayed in the residence Mauritius before these hotel and it was really good for food and beaches. we stayed in these hotel for 3 days and we didn’t swim in the sea. but in the residence we didn’t use pool we only swam in the sea. so i recommend you the residence hotel.

The staff in the Indian Restaurant were outstanding. We really enjoyed the fact that it was All inclusive, especially as we had two young children (5&8) with us. Relaxed atmosphere at the hotel too, without any strict dress codes which we really liked.

Customer service was super disappointing. Checking into our rooms would take 20 mins, it took over 2 hours. Lunch in the restaurant took 40 mins to arrive after ordering - despite being the first table to arrive we were the last to be served, they seemed to have forgotten our order. Especially difficult after a long 12 hour flight and two very hungry children. Very slow in all the restaurants. General bad attitude - despite me complaining to the duty manager, he said he would look into the issues and we never saw him again. Hugely disappointing. Finding a cockroach in our hotel room, our safe locked us out after a few days, our hotel room keys stopped working late at night when we came back from dinner and we had to go back to reception 3 times to get new keys cut (despite them telling us they were new ones) and rooms were miles away from reception. Torrential rain one day and night and we were on our way to a wedding, I telephoned and asked for one extra umbrella (family of 4 needs more than 1 umbrella) and waited 45 mins and heard nothing so we just left in the rain. Really disappointed with the service and general kind of you are interrupting them attitude, which is a shame.

Lunch on Thursday we had poor service at Infinity blue we had to keep looking for our waiter to bring the dessert menu and we ended up leaving without dessert 🍨

Staff were always friendly and willing to help. Especially the maintenence and cleaners. Timomo kids club was brilliant staff going out of their way to make the children feel welcome.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The garden is just gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Before our stay I was able to book the restaurants and the SPA. Big thank you to Avinash, the SPA manager, and Raj for managing our reservations. The food and drinks very very good. We were very unlucky with the weather unfortunately as it rained most of our stay, however the hotel made our stay unforgettable. I am sure we will be back one day.

The wardrobe is very humid and the clothes are damp...... It rained a lot during our stay and the roof leaked in many places.

All inclusive but restaurants always fully booked or not reachable to make a reservation. the only restaurant available was the buffet. Not enough sunbeds, impossible to sit by the pool. beach section very small.

I like the eco friendly initiative. The Coco shack. The complimentary spa treatment. The use of beach club activities. The gym. The architecture. The option to take away lunch is a good idea. The food at the Italian and buffet was tasty. The entertainment at night was good. Loved how everyone greeted you with a smile. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly. .

The service from the staff was a hit and miss. Spent more than 2 hours in restaurants in the a la carte restaurants so ended up going to the buffet restaurant most of our stay. It looked like staff did not pay attention to many of the guests in the restaurant and picked their favourite ones. The pool was not heated, same for the jacuzzi in the spa. We were asked to fill out a form before arrival stating our dietary requirements and the occasion of our stay however we do not feel this was considered as my wife has an allergy to dairy but none of the food was labeled with whether they had dairy and she always had to ask. Got our restaurant bookings wrong couple of times. The constant request for room number was annoying.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it definitely feels like a luxury stay. The staff were very friendly and the food was good. The view from our seaview room was amazing and the complimentary couples massage was a real treat! The all inclusive package includes everything you could want during your stay. Pools were lovely and the cocktails were wonderful!

Although the staff were very friendly, the service could be quite slow at times and we found ourselves having to chase things up at mealtimes. Make sure to exchange money at the airport as the rate in the hotel was dramatically worse, as you'd expect.

Everything was brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Endless amounts of food and good selection of drinks. The evening entertainment was also very good! The resort is beautiful as well with many pools and right on the beach.

-Staff were very friendly and helpful. -The design of the hotel, indoor-outdoor transitions, pool and ocean, surrounded by trees...everywhere were great. You can also reach to Heritage Le Telfair and C Beach Club with a short walk from the beach. We used kayak at C Beach Club. -Our room was big enough, there was always water bottles in the room and in all restaurants. -You can send a postcard to home from the mailboxes inside the hotel, I love it -Although our garden door was open most of the time, we didn't see any bugs or spiders in the room, but I suggest you to be careful to mosquitoes. -Spa experience was great, highly recommended.

Our room was on the ground floor and there was a smell of dump when we entered, when we informed the reception, they refreshed the air of the room with natural lemon-orange essence, we liked that they came with a non-chemical solution. Cocktails in the bar could be stronger a little more. The breakfast and dinner buffet options in can be increased with more variety. In the evenings, the room was a bit cold, the AC in the room did not have a heating, when we called reception, they sent us a shawl and t-shirt, but wasn't enough. An electric heater may not be bad for such situations.
