Same breakfast every day, underground garage was very steep and hard to park.

Wonderful small hotel in the heart of Pombal, across from the main church. (First bells did not sound until 7:00 AM.) Easy parking in the underground garage. Easy off-on to main highway. Easy walk to nearby castelo - well worth a visit. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
No problems. Even the elevator worked perfectly. There was a gelato shop nearby making cones that smelled too delicious. Is that a problem?

Spacious room, spectacular view to the town center, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.
Rather narrow and steep entrance to a hotel’s parking, but there is a lot of public space to park next to hotel and hotel’s personnel helps with parking a car.

Our room was the corner room, quite small - the window was small and opened into some back yard, so there was a lot of noise of construction and smoke if we opened it, so we had to keep it shut.

Excellent value for money. Great size room. Lovely breakfast and fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Good position in the centre of town.
Parking in the underground car park is tight and not much parking nearby which is expected in a city centre.

The view was amazing! The lady at the entrance was super nice and welcoming. The brunch was also quite good.

Friendly staff, excellent room with a lovely view over the square and church. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly,attentive.
Getting up the steep exit from the underground parking is difficult. I would recommend resurfacing the steep ascent with ridges so the tyres have something to grip onto THIS superIS NOT A COMPLAINT BECAUSE THIS HOTEL STAY WAS EXCELLENT..
