What did we like - everything - it was amazing, so homely, comfortable.
The reception staff were incredible.
The whole complex is immaculate, the cleaners, the maintenance staff, residents everyone there is just incredible.
Villas have everything you need - coffee makers, every kind of cooking utensil - we were completely at home.
We had spent the 1st week of our holidays in a hotel and we were so sorry we could only spend 2 weeks in Casas it was just brilliant 😊

A pleasant, tranquil place, convenient for the ferry to Fuerteventura. Nice swimming pool, well equipped chalet style accommodation with a good terrace and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and very good to deal with. Recommended.

location was good and handy for shops and restaurants
Furniture quite dated, the mattress on the bed had collapsed I slept on the sofa most nights. The wifi only worked for two days and then never got resolved, no TV for my stay as a result of no wifi. Property smelt musty, and also lots of building work on neighbouring properties so it was quite noisy in the day time.

Quiet location
Pool attendant went home at 6 and at 5.30 removed the coushons from under you and took sun brollies away. It was still very hot and so not ideal

Sunbeds in the property were flat and didn't tilt, so you couldn't sit on them, only lie flat. Sunbeds by the pool were better

collected keys from reception upon arrival. Very lovely helpful gentleman on the desk. And the room was ready even though we were early.
All the lovely 'bungalows' were very well set out and the grounds, and pool very well maintained, really lovely. Unfortunately our 'bungalow' compared to others, was very tired. It needed updating with regards to furnishings, musty wardrobe (had to keep door open or cothes smelt). Sun loungers dirty, bathroom tired, room very dusty and in need of painting. Lamp shades dirty etc. we stayed in number 28c, other places were much better looked after.

Although complex great, shame that our bungalow was in need of refurbishment. General maintenance required and upgrades. A bit of a letdown.

All staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Apartment was very well equipped and had lovely views of the sea.

Location location location
We stayed at Casa Helen, 35A. This casa has had zero investment since the day it was built, if its your thing, you will be transported back to circa 1978. All utensils are very outdated also. There is no aircon, fan supplied did not work. Very limited TV, channels, not as advertised, wifi is patchy. Advert boasts of barbecue but there are no utensils for this. We tried only once and couldnt clean up afterwards as no tools to do so. The pool area is great but pool is not kept very clean which is a shame, certainly gone downhill since our last stay.

We were self catering. Accommodation is within walking distance to near by restaurants and bars. Quiet secluded and would be very safe for children. I would definitely return to thus accommodation. Thank you to our host.
