Le Pondy has a private beach well maintained less crowded, and fantastic place to spend some family time. Whether you would like the sunrise or golden hours during the sunset, perfect place to be.

Le Pondy location and private beach is fantastic the pool within the villas are fantastic, but there is a charm missing. The whole property aesthetics can be planned in a different way. It is a very good property and I recommend this to any of my friend. But the traveler experience is solely placed on the beach access. So this is the reason it felt a little overpriced. Otherwise must visit.

It was very untidy, found a tissue in my room's closet, bathroom door and room door locks are broken, swimming pool was very very poor condition... Not clean and caused me skin damage due to so much of chlorine... Except complementary breakfast nothing was worth for paying 11k

We were heavily overcharged for Taxi booked through hotel despite getting confirmation of rates before booking. We requested for fresh bath towels and we got used spa towels which were smelling of oil. The room lock system was pathetic.We had to take out the keys from key power socket to lock unlock the door even from the inside. So everytime we order anything in room ,the lights went out first and then we had to open the door blinded with no lights. We went for breakfast at 7 30 am in the morning after a nice beach walk.İ took a bowl of cereals and cold milk and found literally 3 insects in the chocos bowl. The location of property is far from main good locations like White town and Auroville.(20 km ) and property is old and highly overpriced. We got our rooms @Rs 8000/night /room. İ would not recommend anyone to stay at this property if they don't want to spoil their vacation. İnfact İ expect a full refund for the pathetic experience we had to go through.

Rooms are very old not maintained. Dirty towels. Bandicoot rats outside the room. Staffs doesn’t know how to answer the guest. Hospitality at zero. BF was worst. You spend nearly about 9000 just for the location. On the whole the property have lost its charm except for the beach and architecture. Will not recommend and will not go again. I went for spending my bday it was totally a disaster.
