Forgotten my cellphone somewhere at the reception, before I've even noticed I lost it, an employe brought it back in my room. Thank you for that ! Jyoti at the reception was very helpful for the room's choice. WiFi works perfect. Confortable room with big windows in front of the mosquee. Service room accurate. Happy for my stay at Hari Piorko.

Hotel was great for the price. Hot water and AC working well. Hot water is a + for Delhi. If you have any problem with anything they are happy to accommodate you. Friendly and great staff.

Location was outside was not clean, beggars and hard dirt road. This is how many places are in Delhi unless you want to pay about 4 x the price. So for the price this is an great stay.

The place I really like because it is easily accessible also neat and clean place. Specially the executive Tarun have tremendous behavior skills. The polite guy ready to help you at any time.

Money Exchanger man was not good he has given me Duplicate’s money. when I was on hotel counter they told me(hotel staff’s). I had a luck that- that time I was in hotel.

Tarun Rajput was very helpful and polite at checkout. Rooms were neat and spacious. We were allowed to keep our luggage in locker for few hours free of cost after checkout.

Well when I booked hotel from the booking.com it was shown very good pictures and also I booked a hotel sweet room but there is a nothing like a sweet it was a very small room No bathtub when I ask the manager what is the bathtub he said we have only two room bath tubes I ask him then why you should me picture in this he haven't reply anything

Is unhygien room is very dirty even the linen was given is not proper clean

Never tried any hotel in Paharganj.. but whole city was booked.. breakfast was not included with tariff already quite high

Lights can be more brighter.. kitchen and staff preferred to be in uniform..

The hotel was in a very central location (if you want to stay in the wild world of Pahar Ganj) and the facilities were fairly modern (my room had a nice design and a good bathroom, for example).

My room didn't have a window, and when I checked in at night, the staff told me I could try to change rooms the next day, making it sound like a very simple process. Unfortunately it wasn't, and the staff during the day at the reception desk were so busy they didn't really have the time (or will) to help me, until they finally explained it wasn't possible to change because of the software system they used. Actually I was OK not changing rooms, but I wish they'd made it clear at the beginning that I couldn't -- then I wouldn't have spent so trying to do so. Also the bed in my room was not very comfortable (lumpy mattress). If they had been able to accommodate my request I probably would have stayed longer, but instead I moved out to a place nearby that was in a much quieter location (Cottage Ganga Inn). In their defense, the hotel did seem crazy busy at the time.

Helpful staff with clean and quiet rooms

As expected! Location was what we wanted, staff were excellent , great value :)

Bedding a bit dirty. Not surprising, but washing the bedding should be a basic requirement. Also the hot water is tricky and unreliable - have to wait like minutes depending on your room location, and has to be certain time of morning. Again, comes with the turf, but not ideal.

The staffs are gentle and professional so it was comfortable for us because they were not so close with us. The property location is so amazing because it’s located on the center of Main Bazaar street where is magnet for backpackers around the world, you can definitely feel “We are here in India”- chaotic and energetic city. Moreover the room was enough clean and quiet.

The room’s door wasn’t easy for us to open, it was broken. The toilet paper was few, not enough. Furthermore the ventilation fan in the bathroom was not clean, so dirty brown water dropped just once.

Location is good. Bed is comfortable.

Check-in process took too long and wasn't very organized.

location is good, even it was right on the main bazar road it was quiet. Breakfast was good

Stuff is very rude and Dont want to cooperate with you, offering the worst rooms to stay in, having different pictures on booking.com for the room you booked. Very misleading. When we finally got the room we booked- it was super dirty, had footprint on bedsheets and strong smell of sigarettes, although window was big it didn’t open- so you can ventilate your room.
