Super Lage: ruhig, aber trotzdem genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf und Restaurants vorhanden. Haus sehr sauber, großzügige Sitzmöglichkeiten. Zum Essen und Kochen gut ausgestattet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine funktionieren gut. Schöner Meerblick vom oberen Balkon Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten um die Unterkunft

- Zwar 6 Betten, aber nur eine funktionierende Dusche. Im großen Bad sollte der Duschkopf ausgewechselt werden. Außerdem ist eine der Duschen arg verrostet. - Alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos gegenüber den Nachbarhäusern. - Keine Möglichkeit, auf oberem Balkon zu frühstücken (dieser hat den Meerblick) - keine Ofenhandschuhe (bitte dringend bereitstellen) - Kühlschrank läuft aus und hinterlässt Pfütze und macht Küchenfliesen rutschig - Steckdose am Nachttisch zieht sich mit dem Stecker aus der Wand. Sehr gefährlich! Sollte gewartet werden.

The location of the villa is fantastic. just across from the promenade that stretches across the length of Playa Blanca and sea views from upstairs balconies. Access to the papagayo beaches is nearby. The location made up for the failings of the accommodation so overall we had a good stay. The water pressure in the shower was good although the bathrooms were a little 'tired'.

The villa is stark and sparse ie. no pictures or decoration or vases etc and only basic furniture. The villa itself appears 'tired' with also some broken furniture/ blinds that were left in the rooms or on the patio as well as a disused washing machine (or dishwasher!!) left in the yard outside the kitchen door. There was a parasol base but no parasol and therefore no shade outside near the pool which for us (pale skin and easily burn) was a big issue. The villa is listed as suitable for 6 adults and has 3 bedrooms but the fridge is of an inadequate size. there was not enough cutlery (4 teaspoons only) and although there were pots and pans, the items provided did not really lend themselves to cooking meals - more leaning towards breakfast or snacks. e.g. no chopping boards/ knives were not sharp/ no scales/ no sieve/ no mixing bowls/no bread basket or board/ no bread knife/ no icecube tray. The oven was behind the kitchen door which was awkward. the kettle switch was broken and so the kettle did not switch off automatically and had to be left off the base or power switched off at wall.

intercom, broadband, a few windows and door locks didn’t work. the property was safe. electrics damaged/incomplete. pool stained and dodgy ladders. paint peeling everywhere. door frames everywhere incomplete. no British tv channels. only one key. cracks in plaster and tiles leaving the wall. dangerous Mable shower area

Good size property in a very peaceful part of Lanzarote

No air con or even fans. in 30+ degree heat it was hard to cool down, especially at night time. We had to sleep with all of the doors and windows fully open, but even then the heat led to uncomfortable nights. Also, the settee and dining chairs are all faux leather. All of which retain heat and made them all hotter and uncomfortable to sit on. Plus there should at least be a swimming pool scoop and wash brush. The debris blown into the pool left us begging the neighbours to borrow theirs otherwise the pool would have been to dirty to swim in!
