Very clean, hosts gave good information, enjoyed our few days.

Clean well equiped apartments. Friendly flexible host. Great value for money. Quiet clean area. Used as a base for excursions to Fraser and Lady Elliot islands.

A little far from the main drag and restaurants.

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great. The kitchen had ample utensils, crockery and cookware. The large fridge and the washer and dryer were a bonus. The complex was secure and the double garage added to the secure feel. The beach and marina were a short walk away and the Botanic gardens a short drive away. There was a supermarket quite close.

The rear outdoor area was untidy and the clothes line was covered in spider webs. But the plants in the garden were nice and shady.

Toilette paper too soft

Very spacious and clean. Great selection of seating! Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool and jacuzzi/spa area. Just off the esplanade in very quiet area - nice.

WiFi was virtually non existent in our place. Seems like that whole area is poorly served sadly. Nothing the managers can do about it. The address given as no. 80 didn't gel as we drove down the road - was actually no. 20?! However, as we approached, there was big sign, so hi it there in the end.

Absolutely nothing

The administration lady was horrible to deal with felt like an interrogation with police as if I had done something wrong from the beginning upon arrival, room wasn’t even set up for arrival, aircon was very noisy smelt of piss, no internet

I liked the location and the fact we had a lock up garage

We were staying for 7 nights and the expected for the amount we had paid which wasn’t cheap that it would be setup to accomodate us for 7 days. We found it was setup as if we were only staying one night. There was only one small packet of washing machine powder, one small packet of dishwashing machine powder, only 2 toilet rolls for the hole 7 nights as well as a half full tiny bottle of dish washing soap and we didn’t even have a sponge for the dishes. There was also only one replacement bin bag. The place was severely under equip. They advertise bbq facilities however we didn’t have any bbq equipment other than some small tongs. The cleaning equipment for the bbq was some napkins and detergent. The cloths dryer in the house was also faulty and would not turn of by its self. They did have a sign telling you this however I think it is something that should be fixed considering how much they where charging for the place I fell as though people shouldn’t have to sit and wait to turn of the cloths drier whist on holidays. One of there big selling points is the sauna which is a big reason why I chose to book this place however I tried the sauna 3 times following the directions to a tee and it did not work.
