The location is very charming and the facilities are superb for children. The breakfast was decent. The staff has been helpful at times. The cabin was sufficiently equipped to make your own meals and was rather big. The prices at the resort (for food and activities) were very reasonable. A lot of fun activities for the whole family is available.

The cabin was not of the standing you would expect for this kind of price. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It is baffling that you are expected to do your own cleaning of the place when you check out. The cabin was very far from the resort and the shore: 850m is not so enjoyable to do regularly with a stroller and a woman in her third trimester of pregnancy. The staff also misled us to go to the Eckerö ferry terminal bus station 2.5km away instead of using the bus station exceptionally available at the Käringsund Resort that they apparently did not know of and they did not even apologize for it. A nearby indoor play center (Leklandet) was advertised on the resort map we were given and we decided to try it out one morning as it was indicated a short distance from the resort. Unfortunately this was also misleading as Leklandet had moved to Mariehamn this summer and we had wasted our time. The view from the cabin was disappointing considering the great location of the resort, we could see trees and the camping behind them. It is also somewhat disappointing that a child-friendly place did not have diapers for sale (and the closest grocery store is 12.5km away).

Pretty new clean cabin, easy entrance, nice patio and very well equipped.

Cabin was too hot, no air condition and small windows were not helping. Not recommending in hot months.

Clean, spacious bungalows with a nice terrace on a fair distance from neighbours. Bungalows are well equipped with kitchenware.

When there is no air conditioner, it is difficult to leave the windows open - it is very hot to sleep. There are no latches for the position of the window (the wind can break the window) and there is no mosquito net.

Basic scandinavian breakfast, COVID-19 was taken seriously. Plenty of room and tables to select inside or outside. Friendly personal, with smile. huge terrace and 2 unheated pool for kids. This is simple accommodation, different cabins has different "service/accessory level". Everything looks clean and equipment works. Rental point at beach, boats, paddling boats, cayacs, SUP boards, bicycles. Some walking to reception and to beach. Some outdated markings in area.

Some parts of are was not so well maintained, long grass, smell in recycling facility. Some local? traffic in area with high speeds. Not very good options if you are vegetarian.

The facilities were in excellent condition. We particularly were impressed by the quality of the gym. We also enjoyed the staff we talked with. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much at the resort.

Cold(ish) weather, but of course it wasn't the resorts fault. The web pages were out of date and we brought our own bed sheets from home because we thought it costs extra to use the house bed sheets. Some other information in the web pages were also out of date, but nothing that big of a deal.
