amazing hotel! the staff were amazing!!! such a stunning, super comfy!!

Infinity pool was beautiful. Large breakfast with multiple options…continental, American and Indonesian. Incredible view from all booked ocean front huts 1, 2 & 3. Best at the Resort restaurant. Everything freshly made very reasonable prices. Cheap cocktails. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Close to restaurant LGood…excellent food, entertainment, price. Would definitely recommend

Stairs into huts and stairs into bathroom dangerous. I had a bad fall in the middle of the night. Being told to be careful really not adequate. Thankfully staff provided a large number of bath mats to prevent further falls. Stairs need to be urgently addressed.

No such thing!

The staff were very friendly and attentive and added to our beautiful stay over on Lembongan. The food at the restaurant is good and the facilities are very clean. There is no hussle and bussle on the island, very relaxing. No shopping or any big hotels. Transport is mainly by scooter but we walked around much of the island

Beautiful clean huts

exceptional value for money. $60 Australian a night (including breakfast) to have your own unique hut complete with air conditioning and great outdoor shower and bathroom area. You have your own balcony and the facilities are brilliant.

The restaurant has a great view

The doors of the room had gaps on the side so that even when the door was locked, there was still a gap of 10-20 cm in one side. The WiFi is super poor, I had to work and it was mission impossible to I had to move hotel. I had booked for 3 nights and moved after the first one. I asked if I could get a refund for one night and they said no.

Everything-a magical place! If you need a place to totally unwind-this is it.

Nothing really-transport is available if you don’t ride a scooter, which we didn’t. Lots of restaurants offer free transport, so take advantage of that.

I liked the room decor and the layout. The toilet had a bidet, which is welcome.

The view of volcano was spectacular the gardens immaculate with beautiful statues, the pool was very nice and the location great. Staff were friendly and service was attentive.

Restaurant and bar was average.

Closest one can come to Paradise. Beautiful location, very tranquil. The little cottages are extremely comfortable and we just loved the out door bathroom. Gardens are very well maintained and so picturesque and interesting. Staff very friendly. was sorry to leave and will definitely be back.

The rooms were just beautiful, an outdoor shower and a little balcony to enjoy an evening night cap. The team at Bay Shore were a delight to deal with and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend to others who want a relax in a beautiful atmosphere.

The only recommendation I would suggest is making guests aware of the mosque prayer times, some people may not want to hear or acknowledge this. Maybe a note on the activities blackboard so guests can organise their activities around it.

Cute little hut. The grounds and gardens are so beautiful. We had an ocean view that was amazing. Staff were exceptional.

The property was overall nice! They have decent rooms, well maintained gardens and two pools! They also arrange for your boat service, so avail that opportunity if you are travelling with family, solo folks can manage that themselves! The restaurant is okayish but the staff is generally helpful ans caters to customised requests The location of the property is quite good, it’s near the main harbour ans has a small market packed with restaurants nearby! overall this was a good experience

Renting scooter from the property is definitely expensive and so are the excursions and trips, better to book outside! The rooms have weird description, the pool view rooms are costly but only 3/5 room actually have a beach view, rest seemed like a waste of money! apparently, the rooms with pool view are bigger in size so you might want to consider that! The beach connected to the hotel isn’t that clean, but you can head to the secret beach, which is 10 min away, to get your own clean beach day

The huts are stunning, extremely clean and comfy and the pool and view is perfect. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were perfect. We loved everything about it
