According to Booking's hotel page and the hotel's website we were expecting Bar. Brasseri/Restaurant etc. All were shutdown for the winter apparently. No wifi code, no e-mail response for assistance. No reception after 5pm ish Given a key at checkin and told to use 'side-door'. We've stayed at better 'Am Autobahn Motels' at far lower prices. I am sure the place is fabulous in the summer but for Gods sake don't checkin in Oct -> ...

We have booked and paid in advance a standard room of at least 17 qm. But we obtained an economy room of around 11 qm, see the attached picture.

Overall everything was really good. Accessible parking etc.

Excellent breakfast but missed the vegetables.

Total lack of communication. understaffed and a inpolite and rude owner. The owner should be traumer in customer relation and courtesy
