for me the mattress was to hard

Very clean, good location, kind staff, comfortable room

No fridge in the room. Breakfast was not bad but limited choice and gets boring after a few days. It might be a good idea not to take the breakfast every day in the hotel, there are options at walking distance to have breakfast elsewhere

Room was comfortable, well appointed and bright. Lots of wardrobe space. Having the iron and board on each floor was useful. The laundry service was efficient and good value. The staff and hotel team were amazing, the best asset. They treated us like family and went out of their way to welcome us and make us comfortable. The food was lovely and available beyond the currently limited hours. The hotel and team are a tribute to the people of Ukraine. Their warmth, care and support for others, even in this most difficult period, is a testament to this beautiful city and the people of Ukraine.

The desk/working space could be improved, particularly desk height. The sockets were not all functioning.

The pillows where horrible uncomfortable and the breakfast wasn’t the best, just fair for the price.
