The design and comfort of the apartment is second to none ! It’s a wonderful apartment and you feel very much at home . The quality of the furniture and the interior design is fantastic Supermarkets are just below and great restaurants and shopping minutes walk away only

The check in was ridiculous At 3pm the guy to check us in didn’t come and wasn’t prepared We had to wait for 40 min to be checked in sitting in the staircase which was hot. This I found was really unacceptable especially when I messaged them 20 min before to confirm yet again I’m on my way and will be there at 3pm to be checked in. Very slow in responding to messages The TV in the master bedroom never worked and when they said they would come to check it also never worked nor did anyone get back to me. We stayed 2 nights so I let it go.

Lovely apartment right in centre of city convenient for short walks to tourist bus pickup points . Great double glazing to keep out city noise but lovely opening balcony doors as well. Bed very large and comfortable. We'll equipped kitchen .Many great resturants on doorstep . Aerobus from airport drops you 10 mins walk from apartment.

Gorgeous apartment which was styled and decorated beautifully. Very quiet in the apartment. There was a lot of building work going on in the area when we visited, but the windows blocked all the noise out. Beds were really comfortable and great that there's aircon if it gets too hot. The location was great, and the area and apartment felt safe. Highly recommend this place to anyone from couples to families to groups.

No view from our apartment which was a shame but it didn't really deter from how beautiful the apartment was. It would have been good to have a few basic store cupboard ingredients available such as salt, pepper, oils etc. There was also nowhere to put clothes in one of the bedrooms so my daughter had to keep her clothes in the hallway cupboard. There is also not enough hangers for a family of four.

The accommodation was in a good location. However the days we were there there there was no one in charge. Six days we were there the room was not cleaned once. Whilst on their website they state that they provide toilet paper, body soap, coffee,there was none of this. At the end and while we were leaving we were charged 30€ for a torn duvet cover, something we are not responsible for because we were extremely careful. They sent us a picture of a torn quilt that was placed on a bed with a bedding and not a wooden bed as ours was.I disappointed with their whole attitude. Maybe I shouldn't have prepaid for the room after all?

The location of the apartments is very good, 5 minutes from the metro. The rooms are clean and pleasant.

There was no table in the room and we had to leave everything on the floor. The bathroom door doesn't close completely and you can't stay there alone. There is no 24/7 reception.

there is no reception, so if you arrive late you have to pay an extra cost (cash) and on checkout day you can only leave you bags until a certain time

The apartment was in a great area. In a secure building with a lift. Everything was very clean and the beds were super comfy! The staff were very accommodating, we arrived on a very early flight they arranged to meet us so we could leave our luggage and come back later when the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay again.

I really like the room and kitchen. The general area is so big. but the hotline is not avaible I mean they reply lately. Anw it is perfect room with that price!

The property has a good location. And we would like to thank Mr. Ítalo for all his support in fixing the apartment during our stay.

We arrived late at night and in the next morning we realized the TV was broken. I contacted the Weflating right in the morning and they suggested my family had broken it. In the other day, one window got broken and almost caused injuries in my son. When I reported it, they did not assume the responsibility for the lack of maintenance and took our deposit. It was our second time in this apartment. And I remember that in the first one, we stayed 3 days without hot water in the showers and we had to have showers two floors away in the winter time. Well, it is a pit. The apartment is good and has a good spot, but the maintenance is precarious Hopefully, they get better.
