Bedding and size of rooms is excellent. Cleaning all very good. Staff are nice but aren't really interested in rectifying issues, there is nothing they can do is the general vibe, which for a lot of it is true. If you are literally only going to sleep there and don't need anything else it's good, otherwise read below.

This hotel is not ready to be accepting visitors, there are many faults and frankly as I write them down it's astounding I wasn't offered a refund/partial refund. None of facilitates that are advertised as standard and aren't available are mentioned before you arrive despite receiving communications from the hotel. If they had let me know I would have cancelled in the free cancellation period and booked somewhere else. - The cafe was open but all the food and drink came from another part of the hotel miles away so took 20+ minutes to get a drink. The card machine didn't work too so that added another ten minutes on top. - There is no liquor license so you can't have wine etc - The gym is half full and looks like the full equipment hasn't been delivered - I ate in the restaurant, the only person there, ordered a wrap and it took over half an hour to arrive and was fine and no better. Juice was a half full glass and the fries had black specks over them which indicts the oil isn't clean. It was also very small. - The staff helped me get a bottle of wine which I then had to pay delivery on - The free shuttle wasn't running contrary to all the information on booking.com and I had to get into a very lengthy back and forth to get the included pick up and drop off that I had paid for with my booking - It's almost impossible to get a Grab as they all go to the airport queue rather than the hotel so constantly cancel or make you cancel making it incredibly difficult to get anywhere from the hotel, allow an extra half hour for this task before you want to leave I booked this hotel for two nights, arriving late and leaving early I planned to use the restaurants and facilities to relax and it was not fit for purpose. The whole vibe is money making off early visitors. I ended up having to take taxis into different parts of the city to eat and drink defeating the whole purpose of booking a resort close to the airport.

Brand new and very convenient for the airport. The staff were all so welcoming, professional and helpful.

The staff was helpful and polite, and the view of the lake alongside the jogging trail was nice after being in quarantine for 5 days.

The only word for this property is DREARY. It is an old property, and it smells old and musty. The sheets smelled of mildew, and the furnishing are from the '90s. Surprising that this is part of the ACCOR group. The standards are low.

I loved my room. Super clean and cosy. Bathroom was clean. Great for my 5 night 6 day stay. Loved my view.

I am a local indonesian returning and did my quarantine there. Youre not allowed to order food from outside and the prices of the food from the hotel are way overpriced. But of course you can come prepared with snacks. But the staff are all super nice and very polite.

Staff’s was really nice and helpful Big room and spacious with really nice balcony Nice garden and ambience. Hot water not really hot, just warm but its ok.

The hotel just need bit renovation Nice big bed but the pillow smell lil damp can get lil bit uncomfortable.
