Except for the wifi situation, which I was told had been the case for more than one month, it was very good.
The wifi was a big deal as I was wanting to get some work done and yet was unable to do so.
I was offered a partial reimbursement by the mananger due to the lack of internet access, but I haven't been contacted about that.

Dog friendly, room was clean and facilities in the room excellent.

Wasn't far from where we had to be
Motel is outdated inside, not worth money paid. too much traffic noise especially early hours of morning with cars racing around. No fence along front of motel to give you extra security feel, wouldn't be good if car lost control and into motel.

I actually didn't get to stay. Apart from the initial email, I couldn't get in contact with the motel to find out how to check in after hours. I called 5 hours prior to arriving and left a message asking to contact me re: check in. Didn't hear back. Arrived at 8pm. Couldn't find any people. Rang the number on the office door: no answer. Checked emails: nothing in email. Ended up continuing my drive home, because there wasn't anything else I knew to do. 😕

Hi There, I had a nice stay.The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful on arrival after a booking issue.
The light in the entrence wasn't working and there was no hairdryer. Wifi was not explained to me on my arrival, was not given the wifi password.

The facility was comy and close to the activity we were in the area for. The contactless reception was easy to negotiate.
The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned.

Was nothing like the picture we were a family group thought we had booked cabins but had tiny d ated motel room..People had dogs inside them..There was no where to sit to have dinner together..aircon leaked out the front of our room into my coffee

Cabin was great, beds very comfortable, air conditioning was very welcome
Did not appreciate attitude of others at the pool. We were informed that we were not welcome as not permanent residents
Also there was alcohol, smoking and bad language used in front of children.

Kids loved the pool, Basic but enough for a short stay. Location was very convenient.

That i could take my dog along on the holiday.
Not very secure with lock on door. Bed uncomfortable. Not enough condiments. And very noisy.

General Area and unit was really clean. Had an outdoor pool.
Couch in unit was impossible to sit on, old, very uncomfortable which is bad when we were there for a week. Bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. Had a BBQ, outdoor kitchen area, which we wanted to use but bathrooms in area locked so had to go a long way back to unit, which was impractical. Having to go and ask for included basics like toilet paper, every second day was also very annoying, particularly when we were prepaid for one week.

Clean, neat with ample room for the 3 of us in the cabin.
Check in was a bit messy - didn't receive the security box code and when on the phone, it was still incorrect.

the bed wasn’t that comfortable and would have loved the option of a king size bed.
