Breakfast wasn´t bad, but nothing extraordinary.

Some in reception were not friendly and looked down on us when asked simple questions. We paid for wifi only to find we had it for free in our unit anyway

Breakfast no options for hot food. very simple even if you order isn't a good option. Room is comfy pretty good mattress and pillows. Shower doesn't have pressure. but is ok. Beach is very close to the room. we stayed on DELUXE, is wonderful! go out from de room 10 steps on the white sand and will be in the water! Kids Club and Kids Activities - our daughter had a really good time. Every day the Hotel offers different activities to keep your child busy. Due Dinner time they offer a Movie time for kids.

Denial of late check out because we flew out at 10.55 pm on the 29 may . Also I thought you might consider our late check in on the first day at around 9.00 pm . We were just hanging around for more 12 hours. Not good.

The location was perfect with the beach right there and all the amenities we needed for our first trip with a baby. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Violet from the restaurant, Kevin from reception and Daisy from the activities hut were especially kind and helpful to us during our stay. It was pretty accessible friendly for us with the pram so we could take it to breakfast and the pool. The cocktails, calamari and pizzas were delicious - we had them multiple times. We purchased a cooked breakfast which was also delicious. The amenities you provide including the snorkel gear and kayaks are wonderful and we really appreciated not having to take any gear over ourselves. The tvs in the room have been updated since our last stay and we liked the wide variety of channels, although some didn’t work. Nice that we had a place to park our car each day and that we could bring it to the entry when it was raining.

The rooms definitely need a bit of an upgrade as they are quite dated. We had many mosquitoes coming through the bathroom and sliding door nets - I got bitten every night even with both doors closed. Our rooms were “tidied” each day but not necessarily cleaned thoroughly. I don’t expect this every day but for staying 10 days I thought the sheets would’ve been changed and the floors properly mopped every few days. Some days we opted to not have it serviced and we swept and wiped it down ourselves. We had breakfast included which was very helpful but again being there for 10 days it was the same thing every day so it would’ve been nice to have a bit of variety with the food. Maybe even some hot options other than pancakes. Some of the other food like the sandwiches and nachos we purchased were pretty average. The communication at the front desk wasn’t very impressive, lots of people were having problems from what we heard. Things like not booking taxis they had arranged, not being told about cancellations of activities due to the weather or organising things with one staff member and the others not being told. So there definitely needs to be an improvement of comms there.

The food and service at the bar and grill was great and the views superb.

great variety of rooms available at different price points. the beach is great and the snorkelling fantastic. wide range of kayaks and SUPs available pretty much all the time. the staff were very pleasant and we throughly enjoyed our time there!

young children often unsupervised in the pool despite the sign saying under 16’s to be supervised at all times, making very risky choices and no one either family or staff correcting them. led to some not very relaxing time in the pool!

The grounds are stunning. Beautiful gardens. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The beach was stunning. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was great service and reasonably priced meals.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 people, would be fine for a couple.

the beachside room was a bit old and tired and needed a refurbish. We got upgraded to a beachfront and that was much much nicer and modern.

I had requested breakfast included for all nights through booking.com message chat function and thought this had been done, then at check out a ‘surprise bill’ of a way over priced continental breakfast daily charge had been added on. We were disappointed as would have ordered yummy breakfast for the cost. We had also stipulated no ‘room charges’ so this is another reason we were surprised. It was a disappointing end to a great stay. We would definitely return, not add on breakfast next time to avoid another mix-up.

Loved everything! The room, the staff, the food, the drinks, the pool, the beach, the activities and facilities. Everything!

There was nothing I didn't like

the property is right on the beach and the lagoon is teaming with fish. the staff were all lovely, very friendly and helpful. all the equipment was in excellent condition. the food was excellent too (and we ate plenty). the bar staff were super friendly. there was nightly entertainment which was most enjoyable. definitely I would recommend a stay there.

Very rundown, kids club waterpark slide broken, needs a waterblast, breakfast was average, some staff are rude. Not good value for money.
