Overall, we really like our stay here and the facilities are good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The living room & dining area are also spacious. The staffs are also nice and accommodating. Even though we had a bad experience on our last day due to the water supply, but I will definitely recommend this accommodation and I might consider to book again when I come back to Jeddah.

On the last day of our 3 nights stay, they had issue with their water tank and they ran our of water supply from early morning till we checked out. The worst part is we are flying back home after checked out. Thus, we are kind of disappointed because we were not able to take bath before we left Jeddah. However, they do apologize for the unforeseen situation and the guy from their front desk deliver a big bottled water to help us out a bit to freshen up. That was nice & we appreciate the gesture.

The property is small but nicely decorated with minimalistic decor and South Saudi touches. The staff were great and even provided a microwave oven as there wasn't one in the apartment. There is a small grocery in the coffee shop on the ground floor. Looked like something you would see in Europe. It had an automatic checkout till which was a nice touch.

We were given the back apartments so there is no view only looking at the walls of buildings. The trash skips outside the hotel causing an odour that sometimes reaches the property.
