Very spacious rooms , great value for money
Heating system was not working , the whole hotel was almost freezing, outside temperature was -10

The hotel looks nice and relaxing, good price for the room, breakfast ok,
Some issues in the room : in the shower haven't support to put the stuff to take the shower, the cover edge from the desk were is the tv is unglued and the cabinet from the closet too, staff not so good in attendance to the customer. Internet slow and is far from Kiev downtown.

The room was ample, the receptionist was speaking a good English, I had an ironing board and a steam iron in the room
I didn't have a room's phone for call the reception in case I need it, I had only an electric heater because the radiators were not working but , it was enough, the bed was comfortable but, squeaky, as well I had a room on the first floor near the entrance and it was noisy till 3 am in the night, however was Saturday night.
