The apartment was so comfortable and really warm. Loved the decor.

The stay was an absolute disgrace. We were first put into apartment 2 - we had to be moved to apartment 11. The first apartment was unclean, unsafe and not somewhere you’d want to pay to stay. If you have children this is not safe. The breakfast bar in the kitchen was hanging off the wall, the boiler pipes were all on show and roasting hot - a child could easily be burnt. The tiles in the bathroom were black and hanging off the wall! It was shocking the state of the place. When moving into the second apartment the same issues were noted here - unclean cups, plates etc. there was dust everywhere, the carpets were dirty & stained. Loose glass on tables and units (not safe if travelling with children). The tiles in the kitchen were all broken and covered with black tape, the fireplace was a mess, dirt everywhere, the oven - well the pictures speak for themselves. We had to run the shower for over 45 minutes as there was no hot water. After 45 minutes there was still no water. We were trying to get ready for a wedding. I went back to reception to report this and asked to speak with a manager. She said I could shower in a hotel room however I was travelling with my disabled mother and she just could not bare to move again. I told the manager I was unhappy and she was very abrupt and told me I could get my stuff and leave. This was not an option as we now had one hour to get ready and to the wedding venue. Really poor stay. I believe some of the rooms and apartments are nice as my sister stayed in apartment 4 and this was modern. Our rooms unfortunately were not nice or comfortable in the slightest.

Nice, spacious apartment close to town centre and River Ness. small courtyard garden at No 3 which would be nice in summer.

No tea towels or oven gloves in kitchen. No lid on kitchen bin - not nice when there’s a couple of days rubbish in it. Fridge shelves missing. Had to set hot plates directly on the table as there were no placemats. Draining board under dish rack hadn’t been cleaned.

Poor quality, most things needs refurbishment . We have arrived late to the hotel, greeted by a staff member at reception. First impression, he needed a shirt, a shave. Moved into our apartment, poorly constructed building. Must be a few centimetres only in between the floor joints as we could clearly hear all conversations, showers, loo flushed etc from above. Rooms were spacious but needed decorating, the beds are uncomfortable, one missing quilt cover??? We survived the first night with little sleep from the interruption above. Moving on to breakfast, the staff were very friendly but I’m afraid they can’t make up for the meal , don’t bother. This was meant to be a 4star hotel but adjacent building is an actual 4star where you can enjoy a nice breakfast for £15. Overall, poor management and its shows in the hotel from the cheapest facilities , breakfast etc.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing. Pet friendly.Due to the uncleanliness of our apartment, the reception staff went above and beyond and got us another one, although this was greatly appreciated and the reception staff are a credit to the company, however it wasn’t suitable for our dog and felt uneasy due to what we had just experienced, we decided to leave the next day.

The fridge had not been cleaned, there was a week old out of date sandwich and a mouldy plum in the fridge, unwashed cutlery. The layout of the stairs in apartment 4 is not suitable for a dog

Large flat but in very average condition, dirty windows. No real view or over rubbish bins. The fact that there is a building site next door is not a reason. A nice renovation should be done. The previous one was a failure.

The location was good. You can have easy access to the city of Inverness, the castle is just a few steps away. The bed was comfortable, but that was the only thing that I liked about that place. Free parking was good.

I was advertised luxury apartment. Not at all. When we first walked in it smelled of a mixture of dust and weed. The place is totally run down, damage everywhere. Very dirty, spider webs in windows, entire apartment smells so bad I was gagging for several days. No view at all. There was construction that was happening right next to the apartment which was annoying. The app for login in didn’t work so I had to go to reception to get into the apartment. The furniture was run down and the kitchen had very old equipment, sink dripping the whole night. I had the feeling I needed to wear shoes the whole time that I was walking around because it was so dusty. Not luxury at all, will never be going back there.

Beautiful property, right on the River Ness in a great location for exploring Inverness. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the on site beer garden was delightful.

There is some construction on site, which led to additional noise and limited parking, but it really wasn’t an inconvenience.

Location was good. Closer to the lake and the station and market.

Beds were not good. Not very comfortable. And sofa bed was useless. No one could sit on it let alone sleep on it. The doors doesn’t close. It was uncomfortable to take bath or use the washroom because the door would not get locked.

Perfect city centre location. On site parking. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The entrance door to the apartment wasn't terribly secure when locked and opened with little force without key card on arrival. The WiFi didn't really work but onreading reviews could see this was an ongoing issue. Mentioned it on departure. Bathroom door didn't catch properly. Light sensors annoying and movement in bedroom caused stair light and bathroom light and fan to come on needlessly.

it wasn’t clean enough, very dark, no views looking onto brick walls, ongoing building work in car park which was very noisy and resulted in curtains having to be shut all day to stop workmen looking into bedroom/bathroom

The apartment was fantastic ! Very spacious. We had only booked a 1 bedroom but had 2 when we arrived!Great location , lovely and clean and modern

TV in living room could have been slightly better located!
