The staff was amazing. Our flight was canselled at the time we where leaving Norway. We didn`t get a new ticket before in three days later, so we would had lost a lot of days in Sperlonga. But the staff at Florenza Residenze managed to postpone our stay by three days, and saved our entire holiday. Florenza Residenze gave us the best service I have experienced in a long time.

Beautiful view, Big apartment for value, two bathrooms, short walk up the stairs to the rooftop town
Not enough sheets, washing mashine smelly and did not wash our clothes well. They were kind of still dirty. Could have used an english guide to use it.

Great location and very friendly staff.
No parking and it’s a hike to get up to the room. I saw later that there is help with luggage so be sure to call the property about this.
The room is great but it’s dark. The WiFi is not good unless you are out on the patio. it’s a problem if you have to work
(which I did.) And why the room being dark was noticeable.

Perfect location in Sperlonga, between the restaurants and bars of the charming old city and the beach. The wiew from the balcony was amazing! Nice apartment, clean and friendly staff. Free entrance to the private beach.

Fantastic view of the beach and city, located among the tiny steps and streets on the hillside. Very charming room with cute tiny kitchen, spacious room and bathroom. Very warm and comfortable located near many shops and restaurants.
The Wi-Fi in our room could have been better, but there were local shops and restaurants with Wi-Fi when we were out and about.

We parked below for 30 minutes ( max. Allowed) did the check-in and were helped with our things to the room.

Sperlonga is a beautiful city with an old town, in which the apartment is located. The view from the balcony is extraordinary, even you can see the sundown. The staff was great and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a brilliant stay.

Beautiful view and very friendly staff. Lots of privacy in the off season!
Wifi didn’t reach the room, some cleanliness concerns in Kitchenette area, no tea kettle for making tea or coffee, only one coffee mug (demitasse cups were available) for two guests. Lots and lots of stairs, parking is not adjacent to rooms, expect a long walk and lots of stairs, no ramps for heavy rolling bags.
