La casa del Hotel Es muy bonita pero la Comodidad de las habitaciones no me Gustaron , creo que para el precio que cobraban es Demasiado para las habitaciones tan simples que tienen , pague lo mismo en casa andina Arequipa Y cusco y definitivamente no hay punto de comparación

The location is great, almost in the center of Ayacucho.

The noise in the rooms its unsleepable, you felt as everybody that pass through the halls where in your room. Old building, very few investments in the past 20 years.

The valué for money is terrible! Too expensive for such an Old hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and had options for all tastes and health needs. Location is great, close to main plaza. Again the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended

Location - right on main square, close to sites, restaurants, etc

Noise - our room overlooked the main square, but as there is zero soundproofing it was unbearably noisy on a night. In addition, the rooms overlooking the plaza sit above a bank. During our stay the bank was carrying out renovation work throughout the night (00:00hrs - 06:00hrs). We complained to reception, who they were very understanding (even at 3:30am). Hotel management however did not care whatsoever, and said that as we booked through Booking.com we had a cheap rate and had to deal with the disturbance!
