Невероятный отель со своей историей. Номер прекрасный 4 видовых окна на реку и город. Локация лучшая что может быть. Очень красивые интерьеры, великолепные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Разнообразие огромное, вечером даже устрицы. Выпечка просто восторг. Зона питания поделена на 3 вида : европейскую, азиатская, японская. Все свежее. Места всегда были. Персонал великолепный. Сервис настоящие 5 звезд. Все дорогое от косметики до принадлежностей, ни где нет бумажных салфеток только хлопковые.
Спасибо большое за великолепный отдых, в этот отель очень хочется вернуться. Он не старый, он именно аутентичный и со своей историей. Я в него влюбилась. Рестораны вкусные, спа прекрасен.
Пешком ходили в IconSiam, великолепный шопинг.
Лодки ходят по реке, вас отвезут куда попросите. Ездили на другой берег по рекомендации в ресторан. Но с отеле рестораны вкуснее.
Обслуживание на бассейне могло быть лучше.
Не увидели услуг парикмахера в отеле для полного сервиса был необходим. Но это мелочи.

I have experiences with Bangkok Hotels as I stay every Thursdaynight in another one. My favorites were Mandarin and Lebua, but that changed after my stay in the Peninsula. Amazing hotel into the perfection.... and also the breakfast is one of the most extended in Bangkok!

This is nice old luxury hotel . Most make me happy to stay here was professional staffs . They are really deep welcome and nice from heart smile
this hotel has 3 problems what I found .
1. in the night time when the board kurz come can hear really loud music .
2. next swimming pool has neighbor under construction so when you stay swimming pool also really loud ! Also strong wind blows .
3. the breakfast is really bad . Food is not looks nice . Litte be dirty . Food and Taste is very low quality even I sew it some fly around Dessert and Bread .
I stay 3 nights did not eat breakfast !
I really do not understand so nice hotel has so bad breakfast.

The location was just what I wanted. I loved the ferry that took you to iconsiam.
I really liked the multiplug situation (photo) but wished the cords were a bit longer.
There were ants on my desk and coffee table. I notified housekeeping. They cleaned up but later I still saw a few on the desk. Fortunately I had no need for the desk.

The dinner was a a great disappointment. 1- We selected the "Cafe de Paris steak with pommes frites and salad" and were served a thin steak with fatty pieces, soggy potatoes strips that had nothing to do with crunchy pommes frites, 3 tiny salad leaves and a strange mixture of butter and mustard. 2- We had to ask twice to be served the wine glass we had ordered; it obviously had been completely forgotten. The very poor quality meal was definitely overpriced. Upon our sharing our disappointment with the server, we were offered the ice cream scoop we had ordered, complimentary. The nice gesture was little to make up for the disappointment in the restaurant of a 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel, on the river was excellent, I used the hotel boats to take me to various locations on the other side of the river.
I loved my room on the 34 th floor which afforded stunning views of Bangkok.
the room was very spacious and provided a comfortable place to be when I didn’t want to be outside in the heat.
I think the hotel decor is a bit dated and some aspects look a bit tired.
