Great, helpful and friendly check-in young lady. Easy parking almost directly outside your room. Great hot water and heat. Good WiFi connection. Nice large refrigerator. King/queen size bed. Quiet location, Very clean room.

The bed and function room.
The shower was broken dribbled out would hardly feel it let alone wash off soap then the shower head fell apart a minute into the shower,.
Most important part of a room should be bed, shower and clean..... this was not nice waking up and leaving feeling dirty!
Plus the aircon took forever to get started on a cold day.
Poor to average at best.

Property located at the entrance to Ashburton. Convenient.
Air conditioning unit was faulty which was disappointing. Cleanliness was 5/10, have previously been here and had a good experience but this time around was very disappointed.

Nothing.
I thought I would give this hotel one more try after a previous bad experience. The heat pump wouldn't go, only 1 side of the electric blanket would go, the outside door near our room wouldn't open with our key, the room was dark and drab and smelled musty. We arrived at 9pm, restaurant closed, no bar food, no room service food. Just horrible, very unprofessional. Last time, never ever again.

Room where very run down. This hotel was once a beautiful place but has been left to deteriorate. Food in the restaurant was below average.

Location
Room too small. Have stayed many times in a standard king but this one was smaller than others. The rooms need a good spruce up. Heat pump was very noisy.

Room service, perfect
When i booked our room on booking.com it says cot free but when i got there to realise they emailed me and said cot is charged so i told the reception cot can be removed my baby would not use it. On checked out, but to pay our breakfast i wasnt told cot was charged until i called and ask whats the extra charge.
