The stay was pleasant. It was only one night , we were warm and Cosy .

It was clean , convenient location to family living in Oberon, quiet location,

There wasn’ any dinner plates , bowls and cutlery to have meals . Dish washing liquid would have been handy to clean cups , glasses , spoons etc . Box of tissues would be convenient . Heat lamp or heater in the bathroom would be nice

Very nice and clean motel - very welcoming lady.

Lovely lady at reception, very clean room, good size family room, quiet location close to Oberon.

Very rude and condescendant man when i called Reception to advise of a late check in.

Overall facilities great, feel I didn't have access to what I paid for.

General state of the room was great, as were the facilities

I paid for a 'Deluxe Room' with a double bed & a single yet I as put in a room with just a double bed. I feel like I was over charged. I as able to connect to the wifi but there was no internet access.

Denise at reception welcomed us with a warm smile after a long drive. outstanding service.

Very clean & tidy. quite location away from town. outside bbq/garden area looked so inviting to relax in.

Our stay wasn’t long enough at this superb location.

（1）I arrived late, but was glad to see that they had left the lights on and warmed up the room. （2）It is clean and fully equipped with many things.

Not a big problem, but I will give my opinion to make it more comfortable. （1）It would be nice to have disposable slippers in the rooms. （2）It would be nice if the hot water pot turns off automatically. It was hot when I held the handle.
