Great location for going to / from Haneda airport. Easy 10 minute walk to JR station for easy access to Tokyo proper. Very clean, comfy bed, very comfortable for a business hotel and great value. Small room but its Japan so expected.

The hotel is just outside of all busy locations. Getting there with the blue line just 2 stops from Shinagawa station to Kamata station and walking from the station to the hotel is just 5-7 min. There are plenty chinese/japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood and also the 7/11+family mart. Washing clothes is a min or 2 from the hotel.
The smell of smoke in the elevator can be a downpointer due to the smoking area on the groundfloor is next to the elevator.

Affordable rates for the room at a very convenient location (12 minutes to Haneda Airport Terminal 3).
Good location to obtain an authentic Japanese experience (middle of Kamata)
Room was a bit smaller than expected.
The view of the room was also lacklustre.

Location is close to both Keikyu-Kamata Station and Kamata Station, making it easy to go to any location.
Could not change our room from Smoking to Non-Smoking and there was the smell of smoke in the room permeating everywhere.

Overall a good stay with comfortable beds and reasonably good sized rooms ( for Japan )
A little outdated and I think a bit overpriced for what it was considering we stayed in other very similar hotels elsewhere in Japan for much cheaper

Can't use the phone even at the front desk to make outside calls. I told them that I will pay for the charges because I came from the Philippines and my phone doesn't work abroad but the front desk didn't allow me to use their phone and I was told to go outside and find a phone booth which is located far from the hotel. No coffee or tea either. I was asking for a refund and cancel my another 3 days but they told me that I could transfer to other hotel but couldn't make a refund.
