Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed and clean bathrooms. Breakfast was well sorted.

Nice hotel and well situated in the center, neaby bar and restaurants in walking distance. The breaksfast area is a bit small but still nice. It must be nicer during the summer as there seems to have a big terrace.

A 150 euros deposit was requested - we were not aware of this, but luckily the receptionist was very nice and lowered the amount. The fire alarm went off at 3 am in the morning as some other client was smoking in the room... but luckily it didn't last long.

We stayed in the junior king suite. I am used to the junior suite being slightly more spacious. But this was a minor flaw, as the room was big enough and had a lovely balcony which even in the cold of winter was a treat to go out on and enjoy the view and vibe of the city from the 5th floor. I would gladly visit again.

The hotel is situated close to the city center with a nice restaurant nearby and the tourist spots within walking distance. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable with good firm cushions. The shower had a good temperature and had a easy place to keep the environmentally friendly soap end shampoo bars. The breakfast had excellent croissants and baguettes.

The bed was only 160cm instead of the 180 in the room description. The bathroom itself was quite small and less usable with two people. The breakfast room was too small for the number of people who wanted to have breakfast and the buffet was quite scarce. For example, there was only a choice of, cold, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, no fried eggs or omelets, and only two choices of meat.

when we arrived the room wasn’t ready, it took more than 1.5 hours to get it ready. we were only there for one night. everyone’s luggage was stacked in an unattended reception, so evidently lots of other families were affected too. the staff accidentally took out €150 guarantee from our credit card but then had to wait 3 days until their supervisor would arrive to refund it. and the car park flooded to badly (from the ceiling) we had to move our car to a municipal car park. not the best impression. again no technical services were available on a Sunday to even investigate the problem.

Was fairly central & near old part of town. The bed was really comfortable & shower great. Pre-booking parking (cost €18 per 24h) was an added bonus.

The only thing was it was quite cold in the room & the bar area, but probably reflecting the current energy crisis!

The hotel is well situated to get to squares, bars and restaurants. It is also well positioned for the Metro which is a good hub to get to other parts of the city.The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. The idea about not having towels exchanged in exchange for tokens is worthy.

Television went off, but didn’t spoil anything for us, so didn’t dislike anything
