Views of mountains, quietness.

Repairs needed to be made to cupboard door in kitchen. Kitchen needed an upgrade.

The location was very good. The view of the lake was good and very near centre of town to allow us to walk to various dining venues etc.

The apartment furnishings were very dated. The kitchen cupboards etc need attention as did the wardrobe and the MDF bedroom unit The dining table however was up to date. We would have pointed out some issues with the reception but nobody was ever there. No one to meet, greet or checkout. It was one of the more expensive units we had during our travels for which you would expect good quality and therefore we were disappointed.

Location was great. View from apartment amazing.

The laundry was a mess and even had cobwebs around the washing machine. One bed had a wardrobe door which was off the tracks and could not be used.

old and poor supply of linens. not clean. wardrobes are dirty. no rice cooker or steamer. no hand wash or dishwashing detergent.. poor supply of cutlery.

I didn’t see any staff since I arrived until I left around 9:15am on Monday morning.

Excellent location overlooking Lake Wanaka. Walking distance to everything you need. Good views of lake and mountains.

Not enough towels or linen provided and due to being Christmas Day unable to get more. Beds were not made. Forced to use duvet covers as bottom sheets. Shower / bath leaked. Limited crockery etc in kitchen. Great location did not compensate for poor everything else.

Rooms a little dated, musty smell on entering needed airing before guests arrive. TV difficult to operate as instructions hard to follow.Unable to even get free to air channels

Spacious, a great view, quiet and well equipped.

There are no dishwasher’s powder, so we can’t use it in the first day. The washing machine was dusty, as well as there was dust in our clothes after washing. No one in the office, not all messages were responded.

lovely location hidden gem in Wanaka

the view was incredible. the unit (#1) was very spacious and well stocked. we felt very comfortable and relaxed there.

it could have been a problem for someone with limited mobility as there was quite a steep path and stairs to go up from the car park.
