Wonderful location close to several quiet beaches in a sleepy fishing village. Great terrace (we were on the 1st floor) with a view over the village down to the sea, with a lovely table, chairs, loungers, airers and cover for when it was sunny. Owners couldn't have been more helpful with ideas of what to do, and responding to any questions we had. If it's the location that's important, then this is a great place.

The apartment itself was fairly basic and slightly 'faded' in terms of furnishings, equipment etc. If it were really hot it would be difficult to keep cool & mosquito-free. And if it had 8 people and you couldn't be outside there is limited indoor social space, but bedrooms were a decent size, except for the small bedroom with bunks. No oven in the kitchen. Double sink but tap only reached one of the sinks. Only 1 bathroom, but decent shower. No shops within walking distance, but there was a restaurant and beach bar/restaurant in the village, but not sure they're open all year round.

Viktoria is an encyclopaedia of the island she’s told us everything about the island, what to see, where to go and how and about the apartment it was very clean and good we enjoyed our saty very much would definitely go there again if go back on Vis island

The location was good, a short walk from the sea. Lovely local bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a quiet and private area which is what we wanted. It was very clean and tidy, if basic. The terrace and barbecue area are great and we spent most of our time outside. Not many mosquitos when we were there and generally a breeze running through. Viktorija is brilliant - full of knowledge and good tips and suggestions for exploring the island but also left us to our peace. We asked for an extra lamp and sunbed and they appeared within the same day. Air-con is a great addition - we barely used it but nice to have when you really need it!

The photos don't appear to show the inside of the apartment we rented and you can't see the sea from the apartment. The decor in the apartment is tired and needs some updating. Some minor improvements in the lighting and decoration could make a big difference. The sitting room does not feel all that comfortable - although we mostly stayed out or sat on the terrace. The bathroom is small but OK. The master bedroom is again, very basic and needs more shelves in the wardrobe but the bed is OK and we slept well. I gave a smiley face for 'value' but think for £1k+ pw I think it could be a little bit more spruced up!

The host was amazing and gave feet recommendations. The location was peaceful and beautiful. The house was so cute!

The apartment is a breath of fresh air. Located on a remote corner of Vis island but a short walk to incredible beaches. The place is well equipped with airconditioning and mosquito screens. The garden is beautiful and private. We loved our stay and the host Viktorija is super helpful and friendly. A+ all around.

Just a quick walk to the beach and secluded away from the main cities, this property is a great place to disconnect. This is not a luxury resort but a local no frills place to stay. Viktorija, the host, made the stay worth while, giving us great advice and information on how to make our limited time worth while. She even planned our while trip itinerary for us! We had the most amazing trip to Vis because of her recommendations.
