Odličen hotel. Lepo urejene sobe, bogat zajtrk. Zelo prijazno osebje.

Malce slabše organiziran "Lobby bar"

Hi, My name is Irina Filip and I ve stayed one night in your room 2045 in this hotel. When we arrived we ve make a shower and we ve had a flood all over the bathroom like in the video. I ve been to the reception and they ve told me that they will fix the issue after we ll go to the concert. In the night when we arrived the bathroom was clean but when we shower the same thing happened (so they ve just clean the bathrom). They didn t mention to change the room or anything. Also the carpet was wet. I am pregnant and It was not igienic for me to step in that wet bathroom and carpet all night. This was just not ok. I am waiting for a refund immediatly. Good place to stay, everything was clean, availability of underground parking (extra cost), good breakfast.
