I do not remember any thing that I liked except some good welcoming from some stuff.

The bed is absolutely not comfortable. There is no coffee machine in the room. the carpet is dirty and old. I do not recommend this hotel. In fact, it does not deserve five star hotel and the price is too high compared to the room quality and service. I do not always write reviews, but I had to review this hotel because it is not suitable for tourists.

it was very clean, air con was available. However, there was nothing additional for this room to be £300 per night - for example, Television did not allow for smart TV such as Netflix or Amazon Prime and therefore limited in terms of what can be watched.

nothing to not like, everything was okay, I just felt that the value of the room did not match the price correctly.

The location is good.

No bidet in the toilet & no bottle opener in the room.

Excellent reception staff who provided wonderful assistance when I need to see a doctor to arrange for new medication. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and food was very good .

Room furnishings were a little old fashioned and could do with updating.

Bellman upon our arrival (23.02.2023) was welcoming and friendly. Concierge Manager that assisted with the sunset cruise (23.02.2023) was extremely helpful and friendly, she showed us our room. Room service personnel and technician to fix TV and wifi was very helpful and friendly.

Television in the room did not work upon arrival (23.02.2023)and we needed to call front desk latw at night to notify. Television was only sorted the following day and the wifi in the room was down. Staff at front desk upon arrival were not very welcoming or helpful.
