Mario is the perfect host. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Small roadside restaurant just a few feet away was wonderful.

The description and photos here match the actual. Mario, the owner was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The location, the garden and the easy access to the beach is what we enjoyed the most. Good arrangements were also made for breakfast- all self service.

Super Beach

Wifi speed is very low

Mario is a super nice host, we had something for breakfast in the kitchen (where there was EVERYTHING you need to have a dinner for - At least - 5 ppl), when we arrived two cold beers were waiting for us in the fridge. The location is just perfect, close to Monaco and Nice if you travel by car. And a small beach just 5mins walking. Not to mention the amazing view.

Guys just bring with you something against mosquitos... 😆

La Masa is very relaxing, has beautiful gardens and a wonderful view. A five minute walk down the hill brings you to the beach: a rocky cove with warm, clear blue water, perfect for floating and soaking in the sun. Beach mats and an umbrella were available to use. We spent a good part of our time at the beach! Mario was very friendly and helpful. Parking on site was a bonus. Biscuits, jam, juice, and water were provided for breakfast. The bungalow was well furnished. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. The water pressure in the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water. There was an a/c unit, which was nice since it was in the high 80s when we were there, and the property is in full sun almost all day.

The wi-fi didn't work in the bungalow, so we had to go outside to use it, which was fine since the weather was good. There was quite a bit of mildew in the shower and the bed was on the firm side. We enjoyed the out of the way location, but there aren't really restaurants within walking distance.
