Great views over the lake and the quiet surrounding still very close to city centre.

Beautiful location up the hill overlooking Lago Trasimeno. There is a good size swimming pool. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The bedroom had a balcony with a panoramic lake view. There is plenty of parking available at the property. The local town can be easily reached on foot and has all basic services. The staff is truly wonderful, with Luca offering excellent service, providing recommendations on restaurants as well as activities and sightseeing in the area.

Pool has a great view and laundry option site were notable.
The bathroom was very small and clearly equipped with left-over equipment; the folding shower was a major inconvenience. The wall decorations from ikea are very sad.

Stunning views, nice pool, Luca very friendly, happy and easy to deal with. Gave us lots of tips about the area. Made our stay very pleasurable

Stunning view on the lake and perfect location, 3 mins walk from San Feliciano center. Natalia is a great host, she was accommodating and responsive, we'll definitely come back!

The shower in the small bathroom was very strange. You had to make the shower cabine by moving the walls in place. After that the bathroom was full and no one could use the washbasin anymore. After showering the floor of the bathroom was wet.

Located aside of everything - shops, restaurants, etc you need to drive.
Awful pillows (thin and week) and very jumpy mattress. WiFi wasn’t working at all.
Shower was hilarious - two thin collapsible plastic ‘walls’.

I liked just everything!! The authentic Italian house that was originally build in 1738 is beautiful! Our apartment was well equipped and had everything.
The location is breathtaking! The pool was amazing.
The host and owner was very polite and always there if you needed anything.

A beautiful accommodation on the hills with an incredible view of Lake Trasimeno. Here you can enjoy great sunsets in a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need. The owners are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We spent 5 days with hiking, biking and relaxing - awesome location, beautiful accommodation. We enjoyed every second.
