Quiet, pet friendly, delicious food, clean and friendly staff.

I hope they will clean the sea shore daily, we didn’t get to swim because of the natural sea garbage.. but they cleaned it on Monday morning, sadly thats the time we go home..

The staff were incredibly accommodating and lovely. Tricycles, massages, you name it and they quickly arranged it! The location is also serene- away from the noise and chaos of Alona. It's perfect for those who want a relaxing quiet getaway.

The included breakfast was very poor, not worth the effort, so we had breakfast out on 3 mornings during the 6 days

Massages were excellent, easy to arrange and affordable. Price was very affordable. Staff was very nice and capable.

Bugs in the grass and infested dog/cats. Dogs and roosters crowing and barking.

staff are polite and friendly.. the place is comfortable enough, vibes are a bit low .. facilities are unused like the impressive bar on the 3rd floor, vacant + lonely .. overall its okay but the beach isn't a prime location because the boats moored here at night and serviced next-door, this makes the beach dirty and littered with cans, fishing line, boat parts etc and the guys working on the boat servicing are painting or using power tools and making noise and mess on beach during the day..

the hotel is surrounded by neighbours who light fire's every night and burn trash, wood, plastic and leaves which makes trying to take your evening meal on the roof terrace almost impossible with the acrid smoke in your lungs and eyes .. also the local children were playing with 2 foot long metal tubes which are loaded with gun powder and are effectively a hand held cannons which are exploding all around the beach and neighborhood all evening.. i didn't feel safe watching this although its probably acceptable behaviour in that area.. i guess there's nothing the hotel staff can do about this but you wouldn't be exposed to any of this in the larger resorts with larger grounds, tall walls and fences and active security.. South Beach hotel has none of these..

Location was okay. Our beds headboard was dusty. The linen had a stain. The water was so slow. There were no hot and cold shower. No elevator for my elderly mother in law. The room is not worth for the money we paid.

The lights went off in our first night for about 30 - 45 minutes and still have to call the electrician to fix it. No elevator for the elderly. No hot and cold water. Water so slow. Dusty bed headboard. Chairs and tables were all over the place when we arrive on the 3rd floor.

Property was perfect right on the beach. Covid has hit this place hard but the staff were still wonderful. Perfect for relaxing with a trike to the nightlife in 5 to 10 minutes.

My room next to the pool meant I could hear some staff clearly in the morning when they were a bit loud.
