Staff were friendly, location was good and room was clean. Value for money
We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean or make up our room, only emptied the bins daily no change it towels.

Nothing, the room wasn't to satisfactory.
The room needs to be fixed up. The pictures they have on the sites, are nothing like what the room is meant to be and they don't actually say that the washing machine is for everyone to use, not in your room. What I booked for, I didn't get that room. If they expect people to keep coming back, they need to do alot of work.

Staff is very friendly & Helpful we booked 2 x twin rooms both rooms were very cleaned , patio area js very relaxing , kids loved the pool

The room was really large with a sectional wall between bedrooms. The beds were comfortable (firm), the linen was nice quality and towels were Caningvale. We had a fridge, microwave and cook top. We were visiting family in the hospital and it was only a few minutes in the car. We heard no noise from any other room. Would definitely stay again.

Property needs better cleaning. The review my staff gave is that there were many dead bugs in the rooms and the beds were not comfortable.

Not much to like about this motel.
Room had a strong smell similar to paint but it hadn't been painted. The entrance door was damaged in several places and needed replacement. There was no toilet roll holder. It just seemed that the owners did not take any interest or pride in the mote.

Yep on the day I was to leave my bank account was hacked and the male I spoke to said not my fault we have to keep the money I paid for the two rooms it was about 11 am on the Friday morning he said they wouldn't be able to get anyone to take those rooms a friend rang them about 6.30pm asking did they have any cancellations and they said no we have a full house. Quite digusted that they kept my money when they re rented rooms out

Great price and comfortable a good walk into town. Cooking facilities housed in a separate shared kitchen. Great Smart Tv with Netflix.
Although dated that dosnt bother me but not as clean as could be, dirty skirting boards for example. A thorough clean would not go amiss.
