The hotel has one of the best locations in the city. Our room was very comfortable, quiet and the staff was helpful and polite with us.

They are not using the booking system correctly.
Nothing. After correct booking, we appeared at the place and we were told, that there is no free room for us. We had to leave.
It was overbooked! We could not stay there, even after successful booking.

The friendly of the staff that genuinely helpful. They went above to accommodate us by cater our breakfast beyond our expectations. Recommended and definitely will come back. I think they deserve more than one star.
